Since the early 1990 s,with the arrival of knowledge economy,the rapid development of the education training market in our country,private non-government education training market scale and continuously maintained a fast growth.How to improve the level of service quality,and improve the private non-government education institutions in education and training the core competitiveness of the market,has become an important problem in the private education industry.Abroad,all kinds of training education from professional ability of adult ascension to teenagers various education training range is larger.At home,the Tutor Group estimates China's adult interdisciplinary training market will be growing 25% a year,while China's private education due to the slow start(less than 20 years of rapid development of China),there are still many problems,such as service ideas behind,lack of industry standards and norms,lack of professional talents,capital advantage is not obvious,brand awareness is weak,lack of personalized service,teachers of private non-government education training institutions to conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation indexes cannot to teacher performance,reasonable evaluation;There is too much emphasis on financial efficiency,don't care about or even neglect organization staff professional development indicators;Attaches great importance to the teaching achievements,score results,the output of the evaluation,teaching quality and students' knowledge to accept human input evaluation;Only consider students(client)grades or scores,ignoring industry moral factors such as comprehensive evaluation standard.In order to seek the relationship between customer satisfaction and teachers' service performance,help private non-government education to explore the effective level of service quality,to enhance the management level of private non-government education institutions and strategy.Based on the perception of service quality and customer satisfaction theory,this paper aims to explore new thinking in lanzhou education centre for the study of how to solve in the process of service due to the lack of effective communication,advocacy and practice,the lack of life care services,the quality of the teachers,cost and safety factors such as the problem,set out to improve the private non-government education institutions in the vast education training the core competitiveness of the market,namely finally passed based on its own strength of hardware and software to provide clients with can be feel the value and use value of the services to meet customer's expectations.So as to realize the agency service quality,improve customer satisfaction for further discussion.
