The supporting system for poor students in college is a systematic project,funded work is also an essential part of college daily business.Whether the supporting system for poor students in colleges and universities can be well-constructed and developed is highly associated with the continuing reform and development of the higher education in China.Nowadays,how to solve the poor students' higher education problem has become a national matter.Though the poor students in college is only a small spot in society,it reflects an aspect in the country.It's not only connected with the poor families but also connected with the construction of harmonious society.As a college mentor,studying hard on supporting system for poor students is our duty and social responsibility.Investigative studies of the present problems of poor college students funding work and the countermeasures will help to solve the dilemma faced by the college-funded work and help improve the level of funding education.Improving the poor students identified mechanisms,standardizing the recognized organization and management,identifying the recognized program and establishing the operational type of poverty standards are to solve the existing problems in the poor students identified work from the aspect of educational equity.The innovation of poor students funding mode is build from two aspects of economic poverty alleviation and spiritual poverty alleviation,namely,outstanding the main body position of "loan",the dominant position of "diligent" and the auxiliary position of social assistance funds in economic poverty alleviation;selecting mental health education,thanksgiving education,and inspirational education of poor students as a breakthrough in order to further improve the spiritual poverty alleviation of poor students and enhance the effect of funding and educating students.
