A Research On The Problems And Optimizing Countermeasures Of The Supporting System For Poor Students In AFTVC

Subsidization for students in poverty is a systematic project in colleges. It is the top priority of Student Work. Comprehensive, in-depth study of Poor College Students assistance system is directly related to the reform and development of higher education. The poor students in colleges and universities have been a special group that are paid attention to. The poor students as a point of social affect a big face. Thousands of family relations, is also an important aspect to build a harmonious society, then as a worker for students, studying funded poor students work is not only my job, but also an inescapable social responsibility.As a full-time instructor of AFTVC, my daily work involves a lot of problems of subsidization, so I want to express my own humble opinions. This paper analyzes the main sutiations and the problems of subsidization for poor students of AFTVC, trying to find the optimization countermeasures. A case study Supported by AFTVC Date System can collect relevant information into the paper.Thesis mainly related to the gravity imbalance of the type of financing, the lack of reasonable appraisal measures and of individual differences helping ways, the very state of the monitoring mechanism, the lack of social forces for funding system, the improvement of poor students’morality, the long-term development of poor students and other issues. In order to deal with the work of financing poor students better, we propose some solutions for poor students funded system optimization in AFTVC on the basis of existing system. They includes improving the poor students’ability, attracting social funding, carrying out the funding system of paid subsidy dynamic supervision, helping the poor students’employment and entrepreneurship, and the utilization of new media in helping poor funding system. For students, the financing role is played not only in the school and outside, but also in the more long-term thanksgiving during their school development. The solutions can affect the students’ learning and life, so we face the problems of subsidization with long visual angle.
