With the popularization of nine-year compulsory education in our country,the rural education levels is improving continuously.Meanwhile,our country began to implemente the layout of rural schools in large-scale.After 2008,the boarding school as a form of school-running spread across the country.It integrate the education resources in rural areas,improve the modernization and standardization level of the rural compulsory education,and improve the teaching quality in rural areas on the hardware facilities and external influence.But in the process of its development,some internal influence adverse to the boarder happened,such as student's personality problems,promote the comprehensive development of students through education management main body's efforts,such as school,family,government and society is the key and difficult point for rural compulsory education work in recent years.Therefor,working on rural boarding primary school students healthy personality problem is the subject that government,school and society from all walks of life urgent to solved.It can not only shape boarder sound and healthy personality,promote the happiness of rural boarder and family,but also play an immeasurable role in perfecting rural boarding school model,improving the quality of rural boarding primary school education and the education quality in rural areas,promoting the construction and development of rural society.This study sums up related research results about boarding schools and boarders personality cultivation at home and abroad comprehensively.Starting from the physical and mental characteristics of students in primary school,which based on Marx's all-round development theory,maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,jung's personality theory and collaborative governance theory.Besides,the study assesses the students in Pingquan County rural boarding primary schools,on the basis of the real data of students' personality cognition and the working conditions of school,family,government and social for boarders personality cultivation obtained through questionnaires and interviews in Pingquan County rural boarding primary school.With normative analysis,the deficiency of management idea,behavior way and in mutual cooperation among rural boardingprimary school main bodys will be found out from the perspective of education management main bodies.Finally,this paper puts forward the effective countermeasures for each management body and establish the cooperation mechanism to achieve the purpose of improving the boarder personality to provides effective suggestions and advice to improve student management services in mountainous rural boarding primary school and to provide reference for the rural education and social development.
