In one hundred,education for this,if you want to build a new socialist countryside,we must strengthen rural education.And rural teachers is an important force of rural education,to strengthen the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers is the key to development of rural education.In this paper,laiyuan county as an example,using the method of questionnaire,interview method,such as empirical approach,the basic situation of the county rural primary and secondary school teachers were investigated.In this paper,a total of six parts:The first chapter is introduction,introduced the selected topic basis,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,the emphases and difficulties of the core concept definition,research content and innovation points;The second chapter to this topic research process,including investigation aim,principles,and the choice of object and the design of the survey method,this investigation USES questionnaire method and interview method to survey;The third chapter is the results of the survey analysis,the basic situation of laiyuan the rural primary and secondary school teachers are analyzed,and the results of the survey show that laiyuan source of rural primary and secondary school teachers is too single,older,teach the knowledge by the problems,and social status is not high,the job burnout,and fluidity big,insufficient staff and professional skills training and a series of problems;The fourth chapter analyzes the problems of laiyuan county rural primary and secondary school teachers,including teachers own reasons,family reasons,school reasons and exam-oriented education reasons;The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem of laiyuan the rural primary and secondary school teachers,including the government introduced preferential policies to promote the excellent teachers and the construction of backbone teachers,increase investment in rural education funds,according to the practical problem revised standard,set up a special teachers exchange,to solve the problem of the relationship the teachers,improve school management system,used to clear.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,in the future.
