A Study On The Relationship Between Emotion Labor,Job Satisfaction And Anxiety In Social Organization Employee

This study at the first of all introduce social organizations,relevant studies,staff and research direction.Social organization employees' emotional labor research was included as well.Then use scale method to do research related relationships and condition between social organization staff's emotional labor?job satisfaction and anxiety.Finally,offer suggestions for employees' mental health and emotional labor.Meanwhile this study validates an intermediary path(about the job satisfaction,deep acting and anxiety),assume emotional labor as the independent variables and job satisfaction as the mediator variable,the employee's anxiety as the dependent variable.Research tools include Grandey's emotional labor scale,Hochwarter's job satisfaction scale and Zung's self-rating scale.Then measured 419 employees from Yunnan,Guizhou and Guangdong.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:1.The average anxiety score of social organization employees is 36.46,it's quite lower than the critical value(50 points).Standard deviation score value is 5.96.2.4% people of samples are in low anxiety,moderate anxiety rate is 0.7%.Generally speaking social organization employees are not in a state of anxiety.It is better than commercial organization and government's.The participant's number,age,sex have a obvious dissimilarity,F=15.30,sig=0.000,P<0.01.Female's condition is better than male's.Different working years group shows significant differences in anxiety,F=3.10,P<0.05,group 5 years is the highest one.Age 36-45 group shows higher anxiety than others F=2.89,sig=.037,p<0.05;There is no difference in level of education.2.Whole staffs' Job satisfaction scores is 13.85,obviously organization employees got higher score(the job satisfaction score range is from 0 to 20).Meanwhile,the social organization's employees also got higher job satisfaction score than the enterprise organization's,F = 15.254,p <0.05,gender and retirement age showed no obvious differences.Average standard deviation value is 2.95.Social organization's employee got 14.39 average scores of job satisfaction,standard deviation value is 3.15.It is higher than general level.Male staffs and female staffs have no significant differences with each other.Staffs with different working age show significant difference,F=11.72,P<0.01.Group 5 years got higher satisfaction scores than group 3-4year,group 1-2 year got the lowest score.About age,different groups also got significant difference,F=7.76,sig=.000,p<0.01.Group under 25 is the lowest one.3.Social organization employees' emotional labor intensity is higher than the enterprise employees',p <0.05.The general EL score is 31.12,standard deviation value is 3.50(range from 55 to 0).The general EL average score is 36.68,standard deviation value is 2.76.Staffs of social organization is in the higher level than commercial organization staff.Factors of educational background or age might not influence the scores.But gender factor will do,F=6.84,sig=.01,p<0.05.Female got higher scores than male.in the social organization group,the male and female employees' emotional labor scores have no significant difference.Working seniority might influence the scores as well,F=6.09,P<0.01.Group 5 years is higher than group 3-4 years and group 1-2 year.4.The job satisfaction and anxiety of the social organization employees are negatively correlated and the coefficient is 0.455;the surface acting is negatively correlate with the job satisfaction and the coefficient is 0.20;the deep acting is positively relate to the job satisfaction,The coefficient is 0.14;deep acting and anxiety are negatively correlate,the coefficient is 0.11.The results of this study are promote and deepen the social organization theory,anxiety theory and job satisfaction theory.It is meaningful to call more public concern(both in the academic circle and others)and gain more concern for social organization staffs' mental health,emotional labor and job satisfaction.
