Teachers' emotion has attracted more and more researchers' attention in recent years.In this study,we investigates the relationship between the teachers' emotion and job satisfaction.job engagement,with a particular focus on the moderating role of emotional labor.There are 423 primary and secondary school teachers from shaanxi and shanxi,Jiangsu,Chongqing,xinjiang were selected to be investigated with the Teacher Emotion Scale and the Emotional Labor Scale and the Teaching Satisfaction Scale and the Work Engagement Scale to test teacher emotion,emotional labor,teaching satisfaction and job engagement primary and secondary school teachers.The results show that:(1)teachers in primary and secondary schools can experience positive emotions as well as negative emotions.Three kinds of emotional labor strategy teachers will be adopt.(2)In demographic variable,there are significant differences between teachers'emotion,emotional labor and teaching satisfaction and job engagement.Among them,the positive emotional of male teachers was significantly higher than female teachers.Compared with female teachers,male teachers prefer to use the surface acting.The work engagement of male teachers is significantly higher than female teachers.Married teachers are significantly more willing to work than male teachers;High-quality primary and secondary school teachers are more willing to work than ordinary teachers and young teachers.(3)There are significant positive correlation between teachers' positive emotions and job engagement,teaching satisfaction;There are significant positive correlation between teachers' emotional labor(deep acting and expression of naturally felt emotion)and job engagement,teaching satisfaction;There are significant positive correlation between teachers' positive emotions and teachers' emotional labor(deep acting and natural expression).(4)teachers' positive emotions can significantly predict deep acting and expression of naturally felt emotion;Deep acting and expression of naturally felt emotion can significantly predict job engagement and teaching satisfaction.(6)Deep acting and expression of naturally felt emotion has a partly moderates effect between teachers' emotion and teaching satisfaction,job engagement.In general,in order to improve work engagement and teaching satisfaction,teachers need to use the appropriate emotional labor strategies to keep their positive emotional feelings.Using different emotional labor strategies can have different effects.Teachers'choice of emotional labor strategy is more influenced by work engagement and teaching satisfaction.Teachers' work engagement is the key to become an high-quality teacher.
