Peer is one of the most important people for preschool-age children in addition to parents and teachers.The peer interaction of preschool-age children which is the evaluation indicator directly affects their social development.Meanwhile the peer interaction can promote the development of children's social cognitive ability and positive emotion.In addition,the domestic and international document literature on peer interaction is more abundant,and the problem of peer interaction has become the focus of the research in the field of preschool education.However,there are few literatures on the study of cross-culture for peer interaction,especially in the study of peer interaction between Uygur and Han children.Xinjiang vigorously promote bilingual education and many bilingual kindergartens were established.Both Uygur children and Han children are in part bilingual kindergarten.So the choice to research on peer interaction between Han and Uygur children which is not only can better promote children's social development to enrich related theory but also boost preschool bilingual education.In this study,the writer selected two representative bilingual kindergartens in Urumqi and Akesu to collect the data.The non participant observation method was used to collect interaction events from children from four to six.In total collected 344 communication events.And the writer used interview to find the influence factors of peer interaction from the perspective of children,and adopted unstructured interviews for teachers and parents to enrich the research data.Then the writer analyze collected data and presented current situation from communication situation,communication participants,communication subject,communication mode,communication behavioral nature and the way of ending.On this basis,this paper analyzes the static characteristics,dynamic characteristics and influencing factors of peer communication among four to six years old children:Three dimensions of race,gender and age were used in this study to show static characteristics of peer interaction between Uygur and Han children aged four to six.Ethnic characteristics: Uighur children have stronger initiative interaction and more quarrel and fight than Han children;gender characteristics: the boy has a stronger initiative interaction,girls have stronger self-control,boy prefer to play together while the girl prefer prosocial behavior,both boys and girls love to associate with same gender;the characteristics of children's age: the children in large-scale class like to play in cluster,more willing to communicate,pay more attention to learning rules,have stronger social skills,more adept at using language than middle class children.The dynamic characteristics of the peer interaction is specific interactive situation from the beginning to the end,it showed that superficial interaction occurred easily in simple interaction while the deep communication on children's social development is more complex;parallel communication is relative low and the form of interaction in network communication between the participants is more complex.Finally,there are four factors that affect the peer interaction of 4-6 years old children,which are the characteristics of their own children,the ability to communicate with their peers,the importance of others and the conditions of communication.
