The age of 5-6 years old is a critical stage for children's social development.Children at this stage can't get away from active interaction with their peers,and further promote their social development through peer communication and cooperation.The children in the process of communication,learning and accumulation to improve their peer communication ability,can not only meet the needs of kindergarten social intercourse,but also to promote the healthy development of body and mind,for the future establishment of good interpersonal relationship,have the right skills to lay a solid foundation.Therefore,it is essential to cultivate friendly behavior of children.This study is based on this understanding of the status and Countermeasures of peer communication in kindergartens in Chenzhou.Literature and observation are used in this study.In order to find out the Countermeasures for good peer interaction,based on the related researches at home and abroad,I conducted a field observation on the status quo of three kindergartens,peer interaction in Chenzhou area(Chenzhou beihu kindergarten,Hengshun kindergarten,Tangram kindergarten)for 1 year,and put forward the existing problems and analyzed the reasons.In this study,"children's peer communication strategy observation table" is a measuring.tool,through further research to the 190 large classes children of 3 kindergartens in Chenzhou,Analysis of the existing collective activities of preschool children's peer interaction problems in the discussion of causes of problems,through the practical training strategy to further improve the preschool children's peer interaction skills,promote their individuality and social development,to adapt to the future life ready.According to this,four suggestions are put forward:1.teaching children cooperation to enhance children's self-confidence.2.teaching children's games to improve children's participation.3.to teach young children to be accepted and to be in harmony with young children.4.teaching children to express their positive emotions.
