Analysis On The Cross Border Population Outflow And It's Influence Factors In Yunnan Borderlands

The geographical location of the border areas of Yunnan province is very special,which is bounded by Burma,Myanmar,Laos and Vietnam.With the growing improvement of economic strength and international political status,China has increased its international communication in economy,politics,culture and other aspects,thus,the phenomenon of population mobility cross border is becoming more and more frequently.Grasping the number of cross border floating population in Yunnan province scientifically,especially the number,the demographic structure and the direction of cross border outflow population,and then analyze on the influencing factor of cross border outflow population,which are very important to maintain border security and stability,to explore innovative social management and to guide orderly flowing and rational distribution of population.This paper expounded the background,the purpose,the significance and the research trends at home and abroad of the research.The author synthsized the theory and results on cross border outflow population of experts and scholars from home and abroad,and then presented the content and the framework of this paper.Based on the analysis of the economic and demographic situation of the border areas of Yunnan Province,this paper researched from the perspective of the macroscopic,neutral and microcosmic view,used statistical yearbook and field investigation data to conduct the descriptive statistical analysis and empirical analysis.Also,it used the Arcgis and Stata analysis technology to study on the size and the structure of the outflow population in the border areas of Yunnan province,analyzed the influencing factors of the cross border outflow population and summarized the impact of cross border outflow on the outflowed places.Finally,the relevanted countermeasures and suggestions were presented by the author.The results show that the size and direction of cross border outflow in Yunnan province border areas are highly correlated with the geographical location of each county.Besides,economic factors have the greatest impact on cross border outflow population and the influence of cross border population outflow in Yunnan border areas is more advantages than disadvantages.The government should strengthen the management of cross border outflow population to promote orderly outflow and contain illegal outflow.
