In recent years,in the study of teachers focus on gradually from teachers' external behavior to their implicit attitudes,that is teacher's educational belief.Teacher's educational belief is the soul of teacher's education activity,and the internal driving force of the teacher's professional development,it has a great influence on the teacher's behavior and the professional development,will directly decide the success or failure of the education.The special complex reality of Yunnan minority area give teachers great challenges.From upper concept to examine the problems existing in the education of teachers,guide and cultivate the teachers focus on educational beliefs,constantly promote teacher professional development and the implementation of the basic education reform,at the same time focus on teachers' beliefs of ethnic minority areas also help teachers to form a firm faith to fight for the education of the minority areas,complete the teachers' own professional value pursuit,in order to promote the development of education in Yunnan province.This paper adopts qualitative research approaches,choose case study method by selecting different levels of primary school teachers in ZhuanLong Town,Yunnan,using the method such as interviews,participatory observation and the analysis of the physical and go into the field,to study the present situation of the primary schools in ethnic minority areas of Yunnan province,and give the detailed description and explanation.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,the study of the origin and the significance,related research literature review and the definition of the core concepts;The second part is the whole design and process of the research.,Research design including the research ideas,research objects and research methods,research process including the situation of the area,basic data,data collection and analysis,the validity and ethical of the research.;The third part is case analysis,This part through the analysis of the collected data and processing,from the horizontal angle,analyze the four dimensions,about the school education,about the students,about the curriculum andteaching theory,describe and explain their different performance of the teachers' educational beliefs;The fourth part is the analysis of affecting factors,Based substation on the vertical Angle,including the internal factors and external factors,thus we can have a deeper interpretation and comprehension;The fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations of the study.,Based on the analysis the teachers' educational beliefs and the affecting factors,draw the study conclusions,and put forward some suggestions to promote the teachers' educational beliefs in Yunnan minority areas.
