The Research On Human Resource Management Of Distance Education College Of SY University Based On The ISO9000 System

In recent years,benefited by the improving of the common sense about the learning type society,the modern distance education in China has made a huge development.As the important and essential part of the education and research department in University,the level for the modern distance education is one of the most important index for the general research level of a University.It is very important to construct the modern distance education management system and explore the model for human source management,which are the key factors to improve the quantity of the modern distance education.In addition,how to improve the service quantity both for the students and faculties is also very important within this management system.In this paper,we have done some research on the human resource management method in the schools of the distance education in SY University based on the ISO system.The key contents are as follows:(1)the first step,we get the general idea about the research condition and the main misfit about the human resource management both in China and abroad by reading a lot of related papers.(2)we also find the human resource structure,worker training and the judgment by discussion with the workers or investments the papers with all kinds of problems.(3)after that,we collect all the data from the upper process and utilize the general analysis method.Finally,we have made some standard suggests to improve the human resource management about the schools of the distance education in SY University.For a summary,In this paper,I have systematically analyzed the importance of the human source management in the department,and the key problem and challenges about the human source management in SY University,and then give some standard suggestions to improve the level of human source management and the further gracefully development in SY University under the ISO9000 quantity management system.Though this paper,I think the distance education will have a bright future,which can provide a freedom style for the students to learn in anywhere and anytime,and also greatly save their time and cost.We eagerly hope we can improve the level of the human source management in SY University under the ISO9000 quantity management system,such improvement will also have a positive effect about the human resource management of the our country.
