| Talent is a scarce resource in today’s era.Talent management is the foundation of enterprise development,and the importance of human resource management is gradually recognized by Chinese enterprises.Human resources as the most important resources for enterprise development,how to carry out effective scientific management and development of human resources,directly related to the core competitiveness of enterprise development,more and more enterprises began to pay attention to the construction of human resource management.In recent years,China has vigorously developed and supported the construction of small and micro enterprises,and many start-up small and micro enterprises have begun to play an important role in the market economy.As small and micro service enterprises in the tertiary industry,headhunting companies also have the objective situation of small scale and few staff.Due to the limited knowledge and ability of founders and the lack of scientific management concepts and systems,it is difficult to establish a sound human resource management system,which greatly restricts the development of enterprises.In modern enterprise competition,who can give full play to the energy efficiency of human resources,can establish a scientific and perfect human resource management system,can make the benign development of enterprises,improve their competitiveness in the market,and finally realize the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper mainly studies the human resource management of WB Headhunting company.Starting from the current management status of the company,problems are found and causes are analyzed through questionnaires and interviews,and several representative aspects are selected for in-depth analysis,among which human resource planning,recruitment,training,salary and performance are more serious.Secondly,based on the reference of human resource management theories and literature review at home and abroad,combined with the actual development of the enterprise,the optimization scheme of human resource management for WB Headhunting company is designed,and several modules with problems are optimized and improved.Finally,various safeguard measures for optimizing the implementation process of the program are formulated to ensure that the optimized human resource management system can be effectively implemented and give full play to the role of human resources in the enterprise.Small and micro enterprises do not have the same hr management requirements as many large factories.Due to the limitations of scale,capital and other objective conditions,it is the most efficient for small and micro enterprises to formulate an appropriate human resource management system and scheme based on the actual development of the enterprise.The optimization design and research of this paper are not only of great help to improve the human resource management of WB Headhunting company,but also hope to provide theoretical basis and reference value for the human resource management of other small and micro enterprises in China. |
