Reading is a hot topic all the time,especially with the advent of digital technology.Digital reading has changed the traditional reading pattern.Because of convenient carrying,quick updating of content and rich presentation and so on,it is popular with college students.However,college students lacks enough focus and thinking and floats on the surface in the reading process.In this background,exploring how to improve the digital deep reading of college students has both theoretical and practical meanings.This study takes college students as the research object,insights into the problems of digital reading of college students and explores how to promote the digital deep reading of college students.Firstly,This study sorts out the status quo of foreign research and analyzes the current situation of domestic research through literature keyword clustering.Then the study summarize the shortcomings of the current study.According to the ambiguous situation of deep reading’s concept,the study puts forward the concept of deep reading from the three aspects— method strategy,thinking ability and background knowledge,the main features and the value of deep reading in the digital era.Secondly,based on the exploring of the reading psychological process,the analysis of the typical reading model,the reading level classification,the concept of deep reading and the main features,the study builds a deep reading model to explain the process,level,system of deep reading and the core role of thinking.At the same time,it puts forward that core value orientation and the ultimate goal of deep reading is to achieve innovation.This model can deepen people’s understanding of deep reading and provide a theoretical basis for the design of the questionnaire.Then,combined with two paradigms(cognitive experiments and reading of non-knowledge test),and using interviews,questionnaires and experiments to datacollection,this study reveals the status of digital reading of college students through the use of SPSS tools for data analysis.The conclusions are: gender difference,pure reading time and the length of the answer time are not the factors that affect the scores of digital reading,college students’ learning digital reading lacks of deep reading awareness,the digital resources of college students’ exposure are plain,college students’ ability of reading analysis,synthesis and evaluation is low,reading surface is narrow,the attention of college students is short,the digital reading choice and thinking of college students are passive control,college students’ memory is outsourcing and understanding is simple.In view of the situation of digital reading of college students,the study analyzes the causes of the formation of the status quo from the perspectives of value division of technology,the college students own defects,the malpractice of reading education model and the social and cultural background.Finally,according to deep reading model,the research status and cause analysis,from the perspective of individual reading,group reading and reading intervention,this study puts forward the strategies from the aspects of reading resource construction,reading tools,reading situation creation,reading evaluation and so on,so as to achieve the use of technical support for college students digital deep reading,to provide a new way for the realization of wisdom education and in-depth learning,and to offer new ideas for cultivating innovative talents.
