In the knowledge-based economy age,innovative talents with lifelong learning abilities are the core of national innovation driven strategy and the most important part of international competitiveness.In the educational informatization era,many types of learning appear,digital reading,belongs to all the new types of learning,becomes inevitable for the undergraduates to choose to improve themselves.Digital reading are favored by college students and develops with a rapid speed,but the actual effect of reading have been criticized.It is criticized as can split,superficial and destruct deep thinking and it runs counter to its original appeal.Under the background,discussing how to improve the college students' reading effect has both theoretical and practical meanings.Digital reading,as a kind of cognitive activity,contains abundant elements and extremely complex process,leading to factors of shallow thinking are likely to be single or joint.According to related survey data and the analysis of the process and factors,it is reasonable to conclude that reading purpose deviation,poor quality of network resources,college students' low information literacy,lack of institutions of higher learning of personalized support and instrumental rationality are the possible reasons.Among all the factors,the medium of digital reading is the main one and is closely associated with the others.Deep thinking is the advanced form of thinking,full of flexibility,creativity,persistence,the depth and significance characteristics and is the core of the innovative talents with lifelong learning abilities.The nature of reading process is a series of thinking process,so the deep thinking and digital reading have a tight relationship.There are some differences between the thinking of traditional reading and digital reading,the differences exist mainly in the links of the obtainment of information and the adhibition of knowledge.Deep reading,regarded as the ideal type of reading,has a tight relationship with deep thinking.This kind of relationship can be described as promotion and retroaction.So the core of improving the undergraduates' reading effect is promoting the generation of deep thinking in the reading process.According to the analysis of affecting factors,combined with the development ofnew technology in the new period,this paper puts forward four measures to promote the generation of deep thinking in the undergraduates' digital reading: firstly,people-oriented concept of the education purpose leading the respect for the personalized reading.As we all know that the reading based on personal interests always tend to be joyful and durable.If reading can be used to evaluate a student,the student is going to be more willing to spend his pr her time on reading.Secondly,quantified self technology provides personalized big data.Digital reading contains abundant elements and extremely complex process,it makes it impossible to be understood by traditional cognitive method.With the support of advanced technology,big data about personal reading can be collected,the data can give practical support to improve the reading.Thirdly,criticizing tool rationality and developing objective reason.The attitude of the undergraduates on the reading tool is certainly to affect the focus during the reading process.Last bust not least,future learning space supporting wisdom form of digital reading.The effects of digital reading contain many objective ones,optimizing each element is going to create a whole optimal environment for the undergraduates.This paper discusses about the reconfiguration of the digital reading,the practical dilemma,the relationship between the digital reading and deep thinking and generation strategies.It is expected to improve college students' reading effect,provide a reference for thinking education and new ideas for the innovative talents cultivation.
