The Intervention Of A Case Management Ahout Rural Poor Veterants Of The Korean

Since ancient times,the problem of poverty exists in the historical process of human society,is an inevitable social phenomenon.Due to the Korean War veterans are a special vulnerable groups,old and sick,the family is generally relatively poor,the demand is showing a diversity of characteristics.Because of this,to meet the complex needs of the community needs the service integration of social resources,to provide targeted services.Case management is to provide the social work mode of integrated services for individuals or families with multiple needs and problems.Through the combination of social workers,civil affairs departments,towns and villages,medical institutions and social groups and other organizational resources,coordinate and solve practical problems,to meet the multiple needs.This paper uses observation,interview and case management method of the demand analysis of the rural Korean War veterans in Y City,and selected a case by case management and providing social services for the case,case analysis and case specific implementation process of the main demand,and puts forward the service plan,to help clients out of poverty.Through the case study the main types and causes of demand,explore the professional practice and Reflection on the path,summed up the case management intervention strategies and solutions,and from the perspective of social work for the government to solve the poverty problem of rural family Korean War veterans and put forward ideas and suggestions.
