Social Work Intervention Strategy Research On Disability Veterans' Special Care Placement

Special care placement is a collective term for “treaty”,“pension”,and “placement.” It is a state that grants preferential treatment to people and their families who have made contributions or sacrifices to defend national security and protect the interests of the people.It is of special significance and function to consolidate national defense and army construction and promote the harmonious and stable development of society.In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the military,the first session of the Thirteenth National people's Congress adopted a resolution on the establishment of a new Ministry of military Affairs in March 2018.The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of the People's Republic of China is officially listed in Beijing in order to strengthen the construction of the service security system for retired servicemen,to establish a sound,centralized and unified management and security mechanism for retired servicemen with clear responsibilities,and to praise and highlight retired servicemen as the party.The nation and people sacrifice the spirit of dedication and value-oriented,so that soldiers become a profession respected by the whole society.As a special group of veterans,disabled veterans are one of the important objects of preferential care and placement,and they have more special needs than the general veterans.In recent years,the Special care placement of disabled veterans of the Q have achieved some success,but there are still some difficulties.In view of this,this study uses the literature research method,interview method and questionnaire method,from the life security,medical security,housing security,employment entrepreneurship and spiritual comfort to investigate the status of disabled veterans preferential placement of the Q.On this basis,this paper analyzes the causes of the plight of preferential care and placement from the three aspects of policy,government staff and disabled veterans,and explores the intervention strategies of social work from the perspective of macro and micro social work.From the perspective of macro-social work,in terms of social policy,it is mainly to play the role of policy advocates(mainly including advocating multi-subject participation,ensuring the effectiveness of policy implementation;creating a diversified policy propaganda platform;establishing a soundpolicy support system;establishing and improve the supervision system for policy implementation;increasing financial support and expanding funding channels;strengthening training for grassroots staff;simplifying the procedures for preferential treatment).What's more,in terms of community work,it is mainly to construct the social support network of disabled veterans and the multi-party service system.From the perspective of micro-social work,the study mainly uses case work and group work to intervene in disabled veterans.
