| People with disabilities in a certain way there are different degrees of obstacles,is the social vulnerable groups in society,need social give special love and care.Rural disabled persons in the medical,rehabilitation,economy,education,work,psychology and so on various aspects there are all kinds of problems.Rural disabled people's social security is weak,most of them are only of rural cooperative medical care,part to be able to enjoy the low and high levels of subsidies for the disabled,etc.,but these are only from the material to help the economy,the number and amount is less,can not fundamentally solve the problem of rural disabled people.Relatively speaking,the rural disabled people are faced with the situation is more serious,and need more attention in society.This requires that social workers can fully understand the needs of the rural disabled persons,and links to all aspects of resources,USES the method of professional work to meet the demands of the rural disabled persons.The author in jinshui district of zhengzhou city of henan province rural disabled Yuan Mou as service object,guided by the edge Angle and social support network in case work way director for case management services.The author through contact with the director and director of family and community,to the director of the existing problems are defined.Director mainly exists weak moral support,job problems,family tensions,social participation is not high,so the author,from the perspective of the director's own,the director of counseling and help director to find work,coordinate the relationship between the director and his family,and guide the director to participate in social activities,make the director of the state are fundamental to improve,and to establish a stable and strong social support system.Through this case,the author also recognise their limitations and deficiencies,and according to the service put forward its own opinion,the case for case management reference. |
