With the increasing number of disabled people in China,the proportion of disabled people in the social vulnerable groups is increasing.As a "disabled" + "women" double vulnerable group,disabled women are easy to be ignored,and there are often some problems and difficulties in their social interaction.In order to effectively promote disabled women’s social intercourse ability,enhance their self-confidence and change the living situation,Ms.Z,a physically disabled woman in X community of Taiyuan City,was selected as the service object,by utilizing the method of case work involved in the social interaction problems,with the support of social support theory,dominant perspective theory,by improving the interpersonal network of the service object,the social communication problems can be solved,and the quality of life can be improved.Through the questionnaire survey in X community,it was found that most disabled women in the community had service needs for finding jobs and expanding contacts,and Z was a typical service object.Through early interviews and observations,service plans were made for the service object,and intervention was made from four aspects,such as helping her enhance self-confidence and develop advantages,promoting family support,strengthening community support and expanding social circles.After the end of the case,good service results were obtained.The service object improved her cognition of social interaction,strengthened communication with her families,obtained support and care from her peers,increased the number of activities she participated in,and improved her social communication skills.The case service shows that disabled women should link resources from themselves,family,peers and community,especially integrate community resources,make full use of social support network,expand the scope of interpersonal communication and improve their interpersonal communication ability.
