Rural areas are rich in natural materials,which are closely related to children's life and have educational value for children's development.These natural materials not only have unique geometric shapes,but also show diversity in texture,texture and physical properties,making natural materials become good materials for rural kindergartens.The unique form and natural beauty of natural materials cultivate children's ability to feel beauty,express beauty and create beauty,and promote their comprehensive and harmonious development.This study investigates 34 teachers and 119 parents of small,medium and large classes in rural kindergartens,interviews with the leaders of kindergartens and front-line teachers in a semi-structured way to understand the present situation of the deployment and application of natural materials in the rural kindergartens' art district,find out the difficulties encountered in the application process and explore the reasons behind them,and then put forward some feasible guiding strategies.The study consists of five chapters:Chapter one elaborates the origin and significance of the research problems,and defines the core concepts of this research on the basis of theoretical interpretation and review of relevant research.The second chapter introduces the research design and research process in detail,focusing on the research purpose,research methods,research ideas,as well as the specific means of collecting data and the process of collating data.In the third chapter,investigation and observation are used to investigate the current situation of natural materials,preschool teachers and children,so as to understand the difficulties and advantages of the application of natural materials in rural kindergarten art areas and summarize them.Chapter IV through the analysis of natural materials,preschool teachers,parents and kindergartens,find out the reasons for the difficulties in using natural materials.The main problems are: natural materials themselves and limitations in collection,delivery and application;teachers' outdated concepts,lack of systematic guidance of professional theory;teachers' lack of confidence and motivation in developing and utilizing natural materials and the refining and summing-up of children's experience.Conclusion: Parents' concept is backward,and the cooperation between kindergartens is insufficient.Kindergartens have insufficient funds,less support,fewer training opportunities and less role.In the fifth chapter,according to the above reasons,this study tries to put forward the guiding strategies of using natural materials in rural kindergarten art district from four aspects: materials,teachers,parents and kindergartens.
