With the development of basic education reform in China,the development and utilization of art curriculum resources has become a new breakthrough point in art teaching in primary schools.A reasonable and effective development and utilization of art curriculum resources can not only promote the progress of art teaching at the present stage.It can also increase students' interest in art learning and enhance their artistic accomplishment.In order to understand the present situation of the development and utilization of the art curriculum resources in Xinjiang corps Primary School,the author selected six primary schools in Shihezi area as the research object,and investigated the students and teachers of the primary school in Shihezi area by means of questionnaire survey and interview method.This topic mainly from the school level,the teacher level,the student level carries on the field investigation to the Shihezi area elementary school art curriculum resources development and utilization situation.The school level investigation mainly includes the school to the fine arts teaching activity support,The present situation of the development and utilization of the art curriculum resources in the school.Teacher level investigation mainly includes teachers' understanding and understanding of art curriculum resources,teachers' professional ability and scientific research level,the teaching practice of the development and utilization of teachers' art curriculum resources.Student level investigation mainly includes students' interest in fine arts,the present situation of school art teaching activities from the perspective of students,and students' understanding of art curriculum resources.On the basis of this research,this paper analyzes the achievements,problems and deficiencies in the development and utilization of art curriculum resources in various primary schools at this stage.And put forward reasonable suggestions and measures for the effective development and utilization of art curriculum resources in Xinjiang Corps primary schools.Through the analysis of the present situation of schools,teachers and students at three levels,there are basically fine arts school-based courses at present in all elementary schools,and there are also a variety of projects in some schools.The art teachers of each primary school have some consciousness of developing curriculum resources,have someunderstanding of the local art resources in Xinjiang,and have a strong willingness to develop art curriculum resources in the future.The students of each primary school have a strong interest in fine arts learning,are familiar with the fine arts resources around them,and show a strong willingness to study the local art resources.On this basis,we found the problems existing in the development of curriculum resources in primary schools.First of all,the school level,the development of art curriculum resources lack of effectiveness,evaluation method is relatively single,lack of effective management and school art teaching resources allocation can not be reasonably utilized.Secondly,the teacher level,the lack of localization of the development of art resources and curriculum resources development capacity,art curriculum hours are also lack of adequate protection.Finally,parents are weak in creating good family culture and family atmosphere.Combined with the achievements and problems of curriculum resources development in primary schools at the present stage Proposed.The author puts forward that,first of all,every primary school should establish a reasonable appraisal and screening,management and evaluation system on the basis of connecting with local and school actual conditions.Secondly,art teachers should play a leading role in the course of curriculum resources development,take students as the foundation,and provide diversified art learning methods.Thirdly,art teachers should strengthen their ability to develop and utilize curriculum resources through various ways.Through the study of this subject,the author thinks that the art teachers of the primary schools of the corps should make the best of the unique folk art resources,natural resources and cultural resources of the corps in Xinjiang.To promote the development and utilization of art curriculum resources in all primary schools of corps,to enhance the students' national self-confidence and pride,and to carry forward the traditional culture of Xinjiang and corps.
