As one of the most fundamental and popular rhetorical devices,metaphor plays an indispensable role in teaching of Chinese writing.It makes an article more lively by not only improves its accuracy but also enhance its vitality.However,rhetorical devices have been overlooked in Chinese writing classes in the junior middle school recently and the teaching result is not very ideal.Therefore,it is fully necessary to look into the application of metaphor in the Chinese junior middle school and find out a way to improve the recent situation.To make an innovation that improves the ability of language expression,this study explores and analyses the application of metaphor in the teaching of Chinese writing classes,understands the meaning of metaphor application by started with the current Chinese writing teaching situation in the junior middle school and combine with the latest research result of metaphor and Chinese writing in the junior middle school.This research is consisted of three aspects.It mainly discusses the necessity of the usage in Chinese teaching in the first chapter.And it is to find out the situation of the Chinese writing skills of the junior high school students in the second chapter.What's more,the principles and the methods of metaphor in Chinese teaching for junior high school is mentioned in the third chapter.
