With the national fitness strategy to further promote the mass sports development to a new level,the masses have a higher level of demand for health,safeguarding people's health,the prevention of sub health and reduce disease has become an important mission of the current."The combination of" health promotion pattern will be conducive to the effective implementation of the "scientific fitness and healthy life" concept to promote the transfer of scientific fitness,fashion ideas,enhance national awareness of disease prevention and control,vigorously tap the consolidation exercise prescription,to enhance national physique,improving the whole nation's physical quality and improve the quality of life as the main target.In such a background and demand,a nationwide fitness craze prevails in the country-national fitness dance,which is one of the main activities of the development of the national fitness program.Dance elements into diverse styles in the aerobics basis,coupled with the project itself the continuous innovation and development,with its unique fitness value and artistic value by college students of all ages,will become the main way of fitness of the masses.Along with the reform of the basic courses of sports,"sports and healthy curriculum standard" by many experts repeatedly revised and promulgated to the teaching content of physical education development has provided the conditions,also provide an opportunity for the reform of teaching contents of College Physical Education in China.Based on this,the fitness dance into the undergraduate colleges in Guiyang aerobics curriculum research,university sports teaching reform and improve teaching quality the effective way,while the integration of aerobics curriculum resources,innovative concept of fitness.In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,case study method,study of 10 universities in Guiyang aerobics curriculum status,fitness dance teaching situation,students and teachers to the introduction of analysis,the National Aerobics and dance in Colleges and universities of the cognitive attitude of feasibility analysis etc.,and analysis of Guizhou Normal University fitness dance aerobics course into practice,the reform achievements and experience,to find out the factors that influence and hinder the fitness dance in the classroom.According to actual situation of universities in Guiyang area,suitable for the construction of colleges and universities in Guiyang area fitness dance(Public Sports Curriculum)new teaching system,to provide reference for the college courses of the curriculum,the purpose is to let more people to participate in fitness dance exercise to improve the physical quality of students and achieve the purpose of fitness,and to cultivate high-quality innovative talents.Finally come to the undergraduate colleges of Guiyang area to carry out fitness dance can be considered from the following points: 1,increase policy initiatives--introduction of university classroom guarantee;2,the premise to strengthen the propaganda of university classroom;3,to strengthen the fitness dance teachers training into college classroom security;4 the integration of content system of the aerobics teaching,to create a unique fitness project,further to achieve fitness.
