Smooth connection between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education is the foundation to promote coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education and also the essential point in building a modern vocational education system.Many aspects have been involved in secondary and higher vocational education connection but its essence is in the course connection,because the realization of major setting,teaching plan etc is by taking course as medium.Secondary and higher vocational education starts late in our country and many problems existed in the specific practice,which not only affects the integrated efficiency in school management but also restricts the healthy development of vocational education.This article makes exploratory study of problems existed in secondary and higher vocational education connection with adoption of literature analysis and comparative study methods.Firstly,elaborate the aim and related significance of this study and also define related concept.Secondly,draw on the experience of secondary and higher vocational education connection and its related results in developed countries and areas.Thirdly,compare the situation of Logistic Administration course connection in vocational college and higher vocational college;analyze the occurred problems of blurred target setting of professional course,disconnection of culture foundation course,repetition of professional foundation course,dislocation of professional skills courses and others;reveal that there is relationship between the blocked secondary and higher vocational course connection and unsmooth connection of management system,unclear vocational system division,deviation existed in professional directory,lack of unified standard in course setting and conservative course development mode.Fourthly,propose construction frame for Logistics Management Courses system in our secondary and higher vocational colleges from the aspects of course objectives,course structure content and course standard etc on the basis of basic principles and theoretical foundation related to course connection.Lastly,raise up five operational strategies for the connection of Logistics Administration course system in secondary and higher vocational colleges,which include improving the standard of occupation classification and creating vocational qualification system,changing course setting concept to ensure its sustainability,strengthening course material construction to realize connection in teaching content,improving quality and structure of professional teachers,and setting elastic course and credit management to reduce the teaching loss in the course connection of secondary and higher vocational colleges,realize effectiveness of teaching at maximum and ensure the smooth implementation of training objectives.
