Intervention Of Case Work In Hospice Service

Better nursing services is an important part of hospice career development,but from past practice and experience,more focused on medical and nursing of patients with attention,ignoring the social work intervention perspective and research on the demand of patients' families.Based on maslow's demand theory,theory of social support and psychosocial treatment model as a guide,by the methods of case work to step in and help cancer families of the deceased to relieve the pressure and adapt to the new life,with the summary of practical experience and reflection,promote the localization of social work and professional development.By sampling the families of the deceased relatives of the cancer,the paper carried out the study of the case study by the participation method,the interview method and the literature research method.The service object is selected,by freelanced and build relationships,needs assessment,goal setting and service plan,implementation,and evaluation of end and follow up plan specific case work intervention process steps and so on.Through the experience summary and reflection on the process of practice,think in case work pay attention to the importance of a professional relationship,to develop a feasible scheme and implementation as well as from the multi-dimensional evaluation of benefit case work for ascension.But,in the process of intervention due to improper use professional social work method,clerk,personal experience and ability is limited,for the "degree" grasp the lack of professional relationship and ethical internalization degree is not enough,the affected case work in progress and results.Therefore,case work involved in the practice field,on the one hand,need through the integrated use of specialized methods and deepen the understanding of the relationship between professional master to improve practical ability.On the other hand,the development of the internalization and professional supervision of the ethical value of social work should be paid attention to the development of the improvement of case work and the localization of social work.
