In the 21 st century,more and more medical needs,the medical personnel workload increase,in this case,most of the medical staff can follow the professional ethics cultivation,improve their professional quality,good service attitude,pay attention to the conformance of manners,to relieve the pain of patients and make unremitting efforts,but too much work tasks,frequent communication and the exchange,making nursing a high-pressure job program,part of the job burnout of nurses is to develop slowly,become a kind of common occupational disease.Once paramedics began used to or dependent on job burnout feeling,it can greatly reduce the efficiency of nursing work,affect the stable development of the hospital and medical quality,affect patients' psychological feelings,destroy the harmonious development of the relationship between nurses and patients.This paper is a practical study on the problem of job burnout of nursing staff.By choosing nanchang A hospital of 250 nursing staff as sample,the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,accurately understand and grasp the present situation and the problems caused by nurses job burnout,Analyze the specific causes of job burnout of nursing staff;Through the investigation and research in A hospital in nanchang city,it was found that the nursing staff was seriously tired,and there was A common phenomenon such as large work pressure,emotional exhaustion and low sense of accomplishment,which resulted in the negligence of work.Because of the quality of nursing staff,nursing staff seldom relieve job burnout through various activities.This requires professional social workers to step in to help caregivers reduce boredom and provide better health care for society.Introduce the theory and method of social work,adopt the method of group work,intervene and alleviate the nursing staff's job burnout;After the group activity,the group work was summarized and evaluated,and it was found that the team's involvement in the nursing staff's job burnout was effective.Finally,summarize,reflect and make Suggestions.
