China's economic development,living standards,the gradual improvement of medical standards,making our country's population life is prolonged,the elderly gradually increased,while people's consciousness changes,the birth rate of our population declining,so our country has now entered the aging society.The advent of aging society,pension problems become increasingly prominent,the more old and more people get the attention.At present,China's family pension function weakened.Pension needs to make more and more pension agencies to develop,public pension agencies and private pension agencies in this context gradually grow and grow up,and has been the country's strong support.However,at present,China's pension institutions are generally late,lack of experience and other issues,the service level is generally low,especially at present,most of our elderly people's old concept of old-age pension has not changed,the concept of deep-rooted home,do not want to stay in pension institutions,The meaning of the development of China's pension agencies is a relatively large obstacle.In this context,the aim is to make the elderly change the concept of resistance to nursing homes,so that the elderly in the nursing home after more comfortable,comfortable,improve the elderly in the nursing home life of happiness,to get rid of the old age in the old age of loneliness Of social work intervention services came into being.In this study,the use of action research,case study and questionnaire survey methods,from the practical level of analysis of elderly social work involved in pension institutions in the elderly to get rid of loneliness services,analysis of old age institutions to stay in old age problems and needs in order to achieve So that the elderly in the old age out of the loneliness effect;at the same time improve the old-age workers and the elderly communication skills,to improve the level of their pension services.The author through the case work services and participation in the observation found that the needs of the elderly in the elderly are mainly five:health maintenance needs;and family,institutional staff to communicate the expression of emotional needs;self-realization needs;re-social needs;Review the life course to explore the needs of life.In the process of service implementation,social workers first understand the basic details of the client's decision whether to accept the case;followed by the client's problem to be estimated;again to develop a service plan;and then develop a service plan for the service object to intervene in The client resolves the problem;At the end of this paper,the author puts forward relevant practical experience,that is,in the different cases of flexible definition of their own roles and the use of "specific problems specific analysis" concept for the service object to develop appropriate service plan,encounter ethical dilemma should be promptly to the supervisor or colleagues,social workers become the platform for communication between the elderly and the pension agencies and relatives,promote the harmony of their mutual relations,organize the power of other social groups to care for the old age Old and other countermeasures.
