Research On The Policy Of Sports Industry In Chongqing

Since China entered the "new normal",as an important part of the third industry,sports industry has been paid more and more attention by the government and the society.In recent years,from the country to the local policies have been introduced to speed up the development of sports industry,sports consumption.However,based on China's sports industry is in its infancy,the policy system and supporting measures are not perfect,the policy advantage is difficult to play its due effect.As the guarantee and booster of the development of sports industry,it is of great significance to study the policy of sports industry.This paper takes the Chongqing city sports industry policy as the research object,based on the definition of sports industry and sports industry policy on the concept of comprehensive use of industrial policy theory,public policy theory,sports economic theory,research status and achievements of Chongqing sports industry policy,find out the main problems existing in Chongqing's sports industry policy.Then study the restricting factors of perfect policies,Guangdong Shenzhen,Sichuan Chengdu finally in perfecting the policy of sports industry in the exploration and practice puts forward relevant policy suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows: first,under the guidance of the government,the sports industry policy in Chongqing is accelerating,and the policy is also strengthening,which plays an important role in promoting the development of sports industry in Chongqing.Two is the city's sports industry policies exist regulations lack of supporting policies,policies and other aspects of the regulatory light support.The main factors restricting policy is the level of economic and social development is lagging behind,especially the level of per capita income is not high,resulting in sports consumption is not busy,not timely follow up of supporting policies,the sports industry policy to maximize the effect is not obvious;the development of sports development is not balanced,the contradiction between supply and demand of outstanding sports products,sports industry structure needs policy further adjustment and improvement.The three is from Shenzhen,Chengdu and other areas of the sports industry policy experience,put forward Chongqing city should be revised to improve local sports industry regulations,perfecting the policy system,strengthen the sports industry sports industry supporting administrative services and financial support,the introduction of professional sports industry talents system policy as soon as possible to improve the industrial policy four aspects.
