A Study On Professional Ethics Education For College Students

Under the circumstance of increasingly development of our society as well as the diversification of working attitudes and professional ethics of contemporary college students,this paper is a study of professional ethics education for college student with an all-round,systematic research and analysis.Recently,the Market competition is becoming more and more fierce.The national enterprises and institutions not only pay attention to the quality of the competition,but also pay much more attention to the moral ability of the talent competition.With the emergence of professional ethics,professional ethics education mode has also been produced,and it is developing and growing gradually.Professional ethics education contains extensive content,among which teaching students to cultivate professional ethics is an important part.The professional ethics education of college students also includes many aspects,which is closely related to the individual morality of college students.Therefore,in-depth study of how to cultivate college students is significant.Not only can it optimize educational contents of the students,but also can enable the students to accept the professional moral knowledge in a better way,tackling the problems of college students in education field and making students' professional construction better and faster.Thus,the study is a good reference on the reality of social education reform.Through the relevant theoretical research,combined with the actual situation of our country,this paper applies literature research,system research,theory research with practice and so on.This paper explores the professional ethics education of college students,systematically describes the content and importance of professional ethics education of college students,and handles the existing professional problems of college students as well as studies intensively to optimize the students' concept of cultivating professional ethics.This paper finds a better method of professional ethics education of College Students and creates a better professional ethics education environment for them.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,introducing the research background,significance,research status,research contents and methods and innovations;the second chapter is an overview of the professional ethics education,introducing mainly the professional ethics,professional ethics education and professional ethics education value;the third chapter elaborates the connotation and main contents of professional ethics education;the fourth chapter analyses the necessity and principles of professional ethics education;the fifth chapter has carried on the investigation and research on the present situation of professional ethics education of college students,and summarizes and analyzes the existing problems and reasons of College Students' professional ethics education;the sixth chapter shows renew ideas,exploring ways,creating environment,strengthening the team and establishment of the system and other aspects in a systematic way,enhancing and improving the strategies of professional ethics education;the seventh chapter is the conclusion.
