Research On Thesocial Work Intervention On Urban Empty-Nester's Community Participation

In recent years,Chinese governments have paid high attention to the career of aging,and are supporting the development of social work affairs.Community is a basic field of urban empty-nesters' s activities,community participation has become a basic form of the empty-nesters to achieve interactive communication and participation of social development.Through the intervention of social work methods,the social worker help the empty-nesters to find a scientific,standard way of community participation,it also bring a positive effects on spiritual consolation,health,and social functions of the empty-nesters.This research is based on the author's practical experience of social service in graduation practice,and combined some theoretical knowledge.In the first part of the thesis,based on some core concepts such as social work,community participation and empty nester,the author makes a literature review of the theoretical basis and research status of the research on the social work intervention on urban empty-nester's community participation.In the second part of the thesis,the research started from a process of a concrete social work intervention,including intervention of case work,group work,community work.To help the empty-nesters to achieve community participation.At the end of the thesis,the author put forward the research conclusions as follow,professional social work intervention services,can promote the ability and level of the urban empty-nester's community participation,to a certain community,the urban empty-nester's community participation is a integral part of the community construction and development.
