Social Work Intervention In Empty Nest Elderly Care In N Community Of Hefei

With the development of economy and social progress,the speed of population aging is accelerating rapidly,and the elderly popu_lation is increasing.In the early stage of reform and opening up,China began to implement the family planning policy,and the family structure has also undergone tremendous changes.The number of traditional United families has decreased,and the nuclear family has gradually dominated.With the increasing pressure of young people in modern socie ty,more and more people choose to go to different places or leave their families to work alone.The number of empty nesters and empty nest families is increasing gradually,which makes empty nesters have many problems in life care.Therefore,how to solve the old-age problem of empty nesters has become one of the important issues that can not be ignored in today's society.This paper takes N community in Baohe District of Hefei as an example,centering on "social work intervention in community care for empty nesters",through questionnaires,interviews,field studies and literature research,combined with their own activities in the community as the basis,from understanding the service object to let the service object achieve the service efifect of self-help,so as to make more social public.Everyone knows that empty nesters are a vulnerable group in society,so as to improve the quality of life and life satisfaction of the elderly.Through on-the-spot investigation of the living conditions of empty-nest elderly in N community,we can understand the actual problems of empty-nest elderly,the process of social workers'service and the various problems faced in the process.In order to solve these problems,we can find practical and feasible solutions to help empty-nest elderly solve the problems by participating in the process of cooperation among social workers,social organizations and the government.Through social work intervention in community empty nester care model,this paper understands that the traditional empty nester's choice of family pension is a combination of subjective and objective factors.Compared with economic pressures,empty nester needs more daily care and spiritual comfort.Social workers can use social work professional service methods and concepts to help empty nesters get more care,so that empty nesters can better play their residual heat,reduce loneliness,and establish their sense of be longing to the community.In this article,social work as a point of intervention,group work as one of the ways to solve the problem of empty nesters,exqplore a new model of community empty nesters care research.Based on the actual situation of empty-nest elderly in N community of Hefei City,this paper finds out the problems in social work intervention in the care of empty-nest elderly,links the resources of government,community,social workers and community organizations,and puts forward the methods and Countermeasures for the self-development of empty-nest elderly in N community,so that empty-nest elderly in community can walk out of their homes and into the community,so as to truly support the elderly and enjoy the elderly,so as to serve our society.The development model of district care for empty nesters provides a rationalized basis.
