| In recent years,with the deepening degree of aging in China,nursing workers become the ultimate executors of social elderly care service,their extensive penetration in communities,families,nursing homes and hospitals,is a key element of sustainable development of the social pension.However,because of heavy workload,low pay and low social position,more and more nursing workers showed the occupation burnout.Job burnout will not only cause the individual’s psychological and physiological imbalance and affects nursing workers’ health,but also exert a negative influence to the normal development of elderly care services and elderly welfare institutions.To this end,the timely intervention of the problem of nursing workers’ job burnout is necessary.On the one hand,it contributes to nursing workers’ physical and mental health,on the other hand,it contributes to the stable development of elderly care service industry.On the basis of theory related to social work and according to the method of group work,this thesis will analyze the job burnout in terms of the needs assessment,group plan making,group activities implement and group assessment.In this research,the author finds out that the main reasons causing problem of job burnout of nursing workers are the individual factor,professional factor and institutional factor etc.In light of nursing workers’ needs assessment and reasons of job burnout,the author designs six group activities to alleviate the burnout emotions of nursing workers,which satisfies group members’ demands,and enhances and develops their abilities.Through all the group activities,the author recognizes that they have a new perception to negative emotions and acquire the method to deal with pressure,and in the later part of the group activities,the members of the team also changed in their actions.Through the group effectiveness evaluation,these group activities to some extent ease the stress of nursing workers and reduce the degree of job burnout,achieved the anticipated goal basically.Finally,the author reflects the practical activities of group work alleviating the Job Burnout of nursing workers,and puts forward some suggestions. |
