At the present stage,under the background of the aging of the population and the transformation of the family role pattern,the social demand for the pension service industry is continuously increasing,nursing home nursing staff has become one of the main undertaker of the pension service,facing huge work pressure,psychological burden and long-term excessive physical and mental fatigue and other problems,job burnout is more common.As an important intervention means and theoretical system,social work has a strong individual and social dimension,can provide multi-directional support and help,and provide an effective way of thinking and intervention for nursing home nurses to alleviate the problem of job burnout.This paper takes the nursing staff in the nursing home of Xiaogan City as the research object,guided by social support theory and cognitive behavior theory,and uses the professional method of group work to intervene them.The research is mainly divided into three parts: First,to investigate the status quo of job burnout of nursing home nurses,analyze its causes and needs.Field observation,semi-structured interview and questionnaire were used as tools to conduct observation,interview,investigation and data collection in the hospital.On the basis of understanding the performance and feeling of job burnout of nursing staff and data analysis and investigation through the scale and questionnaire,the causes of job burnout were analyzed from the nurses themselves,institutions,the elderly in the hospital,family members,society and other aspects.Assess their needs.Second,select the group work method for practical intervention of nursing staff,to solve the common problems of nursing staff.The job burnout support group of "Carefree Journey" was carried out in Z nursing home to alleviate the job burnout of nursing home nursing staff,and six group activities were carried out to help nursing staff relieve the negative emotions of nursing staff and learn the skills of regulating negative emotions and work pressure;Strengthen emotional support for carers from family and colleagues;To correct the cognitive deviation of nursing staff,improve their selfaffirmation in the work;Link resources for nursing staff,finally effectively alleviate the problem of job burnout of nursing staff;Third,to reflect and summarize the practice and give suggestions.Objectively reflecting on the whole practice process and quantitative evaluation of the practical effect,summarizing the research conclusions and suggestions,to provide empirical evidence for the future social work intervention in the job burnout of nursing staff.
