As a discipline and an occupation to alleviate social conflicts and solve social problems,social work should give full play to professional advantages in alleviating the job burnout of caregivers in elderly care institutions and promote the healthy development of my country's elderly care industry.This research uses WQ nursing care workers as the object to investigate their occupational burnout status,and sorts out and analyzes the survey data.On this basis,with the professional concepts and methods of group work as the support,and the survey data as reference,formulate group work service plans and implement them in detail,and study the effect of group work methods on alleviating the job burnout problem of nursing staff in nursing homes,targeting group activities The process puts forward the experience summary and reflection suggestions of this research.Based on the participation observation and MBI questionnaire survey,this paper understands the characteristics of the caregiver group in the elderly care institution and the job burnout of the caregiver.The results of the survey showed that 65% of the nurses surveyed had varying degrees of burnout,among them,moderate burnout accounted for the majority;the problem of nurses' burnout was particularly pronounced in the two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization;Age,work intensity,vocational skill level and interpersonal relationship satisfaction these factors have a significant impact on nursing staff's job burnout.It can be seen that the job burnout of nursing staff in this institution is not optimistic,and it is hoped that the intervention of social work can help nursing staff alleviate burnout.This paper selects eight nurses whose job burnout problem is more prominent in the survey results to intervene.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the job burnout problem of nurses and the investigation of their own resources and the external environment,a team is formulated.The overall plan for work intervention nurses' job burnout set the goals expected to be achieved in group activities.A total of six group intervention services were carried out.After the six group activities,the group activities of caregivers were evaluated,and the results showed that the group work method can play a role in alleviating the problem of caregivers' job burnout.The service results show that group work intervention service has a significant effect on alleviating the job burnout problem of nursing staff in nursing homes.From the perspective of professional social work,this paper studies the intervention path of nursing staff's job burnout in elderly care institutions,provides new experience for the intervention research of job burnout,and also broadens the field for social work to participate in elderly care services.
