With the rapid economic development and the accelerated pace of work,job burnout has become a high incidence of occupational diseases in the field of work,causing widespread concern in the community.There is widespread job burnout in the social work industry,especially social work in the area of mental disorders.Social workers engaged in mental disorder services are the mainstay of promoting the development of the disabled social work and guaranteeing the healthy life of people with mental disorders,However,due to the comprehensive effect of various reasons,such as the particularity of mental disorders service,they often suffer from the dilemmas and pressures of job burn out.So,To alleviate the occupational pressure of social workers engaged in mental disorders to help them out of job burnout and to become a research worth exploring.This article focuses on alleviating the job burnout of social workers in mental health services,through pre-test and in-depth interview,at the same time using participatory observation,understand the overall job burnout of social workers in mental disorders services,choosing clients,and use the combination of literature research and field research methods,according to the emotional exhaustion,to personalize and low sense of accomplishment three dimensions of group intervention and evaluation,to ease the degree of job burnout of social workers in mental health services,enhance their ability to deal with job burnout.This article consists of six parts: The first part is the introduction,focusing on the research background and significance of this article,combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,and define the core concepts;The second part is the research design,focusing on the theoretical basis of this study,research ideas and research methods and group work methods involved.The third part mainly describes the basic situation of social workers who have mental disorders and finds that they are generally in a state of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low accomplishment,and analyze their causes of job burnout;The fourth section describes the work of the group in alleviating the specific use of the mental disorder service organization received 40,000 job burnoutof social workers,describes the process carried out by the group through the preparatory work and the design of the group plan,The team's effectiveness is assessed and analyzed;organization.The sixth part is the conclusion and discussion.The results show that through comparison of occupational burnout of social workers with mental disorders,we found that the degree of job burnout has been significantly improved;Secondly,during the process of participating in the group work,the group members can rationally reflect on their own degree of burnout and are gradually willing to express and talk about their own thoughts and feelings;Furthermore,through group interaction and sharing of experiences,team members have increased their sense of identity,sense of self-efficacy,and sense of accomplishment in their own careers.The team members can effectively deal with negative emotions and find ways of managing stress and using resources to make them better.Adapt to the environment.Therefore,the group work can effectively alleviate the job burnout of social workers engaged in mental disorders,and provide a new perspective and practical reference for the intervention study of burnout.
