Since 2007,the Ministry of Education decided to pilot implementation of the free normal education in 6 normal universities,which intended to attract more talents of solid professional knowledge and high comprehensive quality to be a good teacher or educator in the future,adding high quality education resources for elementary education and promoting the teacher education to a deeper and better direction.In order to achieve this goal,the states provide a further study opportunity for free normal students that are study in-service to the degree of master of education.State's emphasis on free normal graduates' further education shows its determination to improve the quality of basic education teachers.Since the implementation of free normal education for master started in 2012,whether it has reached the national training objectives? How is the effect of the curriculum implementation of free normal education for master? Does the free normal education for master meet their development needs? However,through the review of the literature in the study of free normal education for master students,it more focused on master of education teaching mode,learning mode and training program,the free normal education of master student's curriculum implementation research has not received enough attention.The implementation of curriculum is an important part of the course system of free normal students' master education,and its quality directly determines the achievement of the education.Based on the above,this study aims to investigate the current situation of the curriculum implementation for free normal education for master.Through the analysis of the survey data and interviews,combined with the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the current problems of the implementation of curriculum of master for free normal education.Aiming at the present situation,this paper discusses the sensible concept and the valuable orientation of the effective implementation of the curriculum,and puts forward some strategies to promote the effective implementation of curriculum for master of free normal students.So this study is divided into five parts,The first part is the investigation of the current situation of the implementation of the curriculum for master of free normal education.Through combining questionnaire and interview way,mainly from the curriculum provision,instructional resources,curriculum teaching,learning effect and other aspects to get a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of the curriculum for master of free normal education.Found the shortcomings of implementation of the curriculum,such as curriculums content arrangement,teaching methods,tutors' instruction and so on.The second part is to analyze the factors that affect the implementation of the curriculum for free normal education for master.This paper analyzes the influence of the training program,teachers,individual factors and classroom teaching environment on the effective implementation of the curriculum for free normal education for master.The third part is to explore the effective implementation ideas of the curriculum for free normal education for master.According to the problems and influences of the implementation of the curriculum for free normal education for master,to clarify what is the effective implementation of free normal education course,compared with the general curriculum implementation,where is it special? Based on these,this paper discusses the concept of the effective implementation of the master of education for free normal students.So this part includes three aspects: the connotations of the curriculum for free normal education for master;the particularities of the curriculum for free normal education for master;the ideas of the curriculum for free normal education for master.The fourth part is to explore the valuable orientation of the effective implementation of the curriculum for free normal education for master.Combined with the national goal of free normal education for master,from the aspects of the development of "professional" standard,the improvement of educational practice ability and the development of academic research ability to discuss the valuable orientation of the effective implementation of curriculum for free normal education for master.The fifth part is to suggest the effective implementation strategies of curriculum for free normal education for master.Understanding of the ideas and valuable orientation of the effective implementation of the curriculum for free normal education for master,put forward specific strategies to promote the effective implementation of free normal education courses,such as,creating good environment,refining training program,strengthening the construction of faculty and so on.It aims to improve the shortcomings of the current curriculum implementation and free normal education training quality.
