PCK knowledge is the core of teachers’ knowledge, the level of teachers’ PCK directly influence the development of teacher’s education teaching and the student’s learning. Free normal education students is the main basis power of teacher culture in our country, the status quo of free normal education students’ PCK have a direct effect on our country’s basic education, this thesis is to study the status quo and the development influencing factors of teachers free normal education students’ PCK of chemistry.This research put People’s education press chemistry required a second chapter "REDOX reaction" content as a carrier to study free normal education students’ teaching knowledge, through consulting a large number of literature, and with the help of the education experts, scholars and front-line teachers, this research made the subject of free normal education students’ teaching evaluation standard of PCK. and through analyze the evaluation standard of central China normal university junior students before and after the intervention of the micro-standard teaching video lesson, to understand the current status and existing problems of free normal education students’ knowledge of PCK, and the micro-standard lesson of free normal education students’ influence on the development of the PCK knowledge, and put forward relevant Suggestions according to the result of analysis.This paper consists of five chapters:Part One:Containing of the introduction and research background..Part Two:Literature review and the main train of research thought.This chapter expounds the research status of PCK.on the basis of literature and expert interview to determine the three elements of subject teaching knowledge and subject teaching knowledge of free normal education students’ evaluation standard in this paper.Part Three:Mainly includes the research method, the selection of the research object, the research of data coding and analysis and research of the reliability and validity.Part Four:This Is the important content of this thesis, mainly for free normal education students’ subject knowledge teaching the results of analysis.in this chapter, analysis micro-standard teaching video before the intervention through the evaluation standard of free normal education students, it is concluded that the status of the discipline PCK of free normal education students, and through the analysis of the intervention after the micro-standard teaching video found that the change of the free normal education students knowledge of PCK,found the micro-standard teaching course of free normal education students’ influence on the development of PCK, reveals the necessity of university micro teaching curriculum.Part Five:Research conclusions and Suggestions.To summary chemical free normal education students’ PCK status and influencing factors, and put forward some Suggestions and comments in view of the problems that exist in the free normal education students’ PCK development process, provide certain theoretical support for the development of chemical free normal education students’ PCK.
