Research objectives: In 1996,the change of the old rules of the competition took a huge impact on the traditional "small step,fast frequency" technical style of our country,and was repeatedly punished in the competition.In recent years,through the improvement of technology,the technical foul of race walkers in our country significantly reduced.In order to explore the reasons,this paper analyzes the technical situation of the athletes at different speeds,analyzes the current situation of the technology at home and abroad,compares the technical characteristics,sums up the technical characteristics of the athletes at different speeds,so as to provide protection for the technical improvement and training of Chinese athletes.Research methods: Eight World Elite Female Race Walkers as the research object.The test,mathematical statistics,interviews and literature research methods were adopted to fully record the competition of the 2015 Beijing Athletics World Championship Women's 20 km Race Walker and process and analyze the digital video through the APAS vide analysis system.Research results: 1.The average step length of Liu Hong is 1.06 m,and the average length of the athletes is less than the average of 1.10 m in the middle and high speed condition.The displacement distance of gravity center in low and middle speed is 0.08 m,and the displacement distance of gravity is increased to 0.10 m.Low idle speed when the vacated time were 58 ms and 75 ms,high-speed travel time vacated time of 67 ms.2.Lu Xiuzhi average step length of 1.07 m.Medium speed and high speed travel time,the step size is not changed,and the step size is relatively small.In the low speed and medium speed travel,the center of gravity displacement distance is 0.07 m and 0.10 m respectively,and the high speed travel time is 0.09 m.Low-speed and medium-speed travel time vacancy were 42 ms and 50 ms,high-speed travel time vacated time of 75 ms.3.Oreanovka average step size 1.12 m,medium speed and high speed travel time,step stability in the 1.12 m up and down,high-speed travel,step size increased to 1.16 m.Low speed,medium speed and high speed travel,the center of gravity displacement distance remained at 0.10 m.Low-speed and medium-speed travel time vacancy were 42 ms and 58 ms,high-speed travel time vacancy time of 58 ms.Research conclusions: 1.The change of the first 10 km in the world outstanding women 20 km race walking contests is not great,the technical parameters tend to be stable.The 10-15 km shows obvious variable speed characteristics,which is closely related to technical and tactical design and arrangement.The 15-20 km shows high-speed characteristics,is the technical action optimization and plays a critical role with more obvious technology fluctuations.2.Low speed under the overall movement of the top eight athletes to maintain a more stable,the pace of foreign athletes are greater than 1.10 m,Liu Hong and Lvxiu are less than 1.10 m,the pace of our athletes than foreign athletes smaller,vacated eight athletes are maintained at 47.88 ms ± 10.09 ms,in the referee within the eye penalty 58 ms or less,the overall performance of the athletes better.3.Medium speed conditions,the athletes have different technical performance,Liu Hong for small step high frequency,Lvxiu action more stable,but the step has increased,Oriyanovska two legs angle and step with both Slow indicators are basically no obvious changes,low-speed are more stable,other foreign players in the medium-speed indicators change slightly ups and downs,technical control fluctuations.4.The technical characteristics of Liu Hong at high speed performance are stable,but the pace is shorter.Lv Xiushi' step increases to 1.15 m with the speed rising,vacated time increases significantly to 75 ms,have the risk of punishment,high-speed technical stability is poor.Oriyanovska with the increase in speed,step size increases,the flight time is similar with low and medium speed,having a better performance.5.It is recommended that our women's walking athletes should pay attention to the training of posterior acceleration ability,strengthen the hip flexibility exercise,make up the lack of step size,and effectively control the vacancy problem under high speed condition through coordination and flexibility exercise.
