Research On Technical Characteristics Of Chinese Elite Female 20km Race Walk Athletes At Different Speeds

Race walk is traditional advantage project of Chinese track and field events;Physical fitness plays an important role for athletes in the game.However,with the development of science and technology,physical fitness becomes precondition for race walk athletes,the techniques become decisive role in the game.In recent years,Chinese experts and coaches have researched and improved race walk techniques and skills,which have significantly reduced the number of technical fouls for Chinese race walk athletes in the world competition.This article analyzes the technical of race walk athletes at different speeds to understand the current technical status of Chinese race walk athletes then compare and summarize the technical characteristics in order to provide reference for the technical improvement of Chinese race walk athletes.This research uses the literature data method,test method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method to study the skills of the top six athletes whom participated in women's 20 km race walk finals at 2017 National and world championship race walking grand prix(Taicang,Jiangsu Province).The research of six athletes' competition techniques mainly draws the following conclusions:1 Linear index technical characteristics.In view of the problem of imbalanced left and right steps,athletes should pay more attention to coordination exercises for upper and lower limbs and hip relaxation exercises during training.It is suggested that athletes in our country should speed up the conversion speed,reduce the body undulation distance,reduce the time and distance of flight,and pay attention to the control of the undulation distance at the top of the second half.Individual athletes increase the stride while increasing their stride.2 Angle indicators technical characteristics.The left and right foot landing angles of Chinese elite female athletes' low-speed walking athletes are all too small.The left and right foot landing angles are basically the same.The angles between the front and the left and right arm front and back arms and the big arm backswing angle are not balanced,and the gap between athletes is relatively large.The difference between the left and right foot landing angles of high-speed walking athletes is small,but the difference between the left and right foot landing angles between the athletes is relatively large.Generally,the left and rightforearm swing arm angles at high speeds are uneven in the right and left arms,and the two thigh angles increase in the final sprint phase.3 time index technical characteristics.The time for the Chinese elite female athletes to vacant is within the fuzzy penalty.The athlete's low-speed walk left the whole left leg with a single step longer than the right leg with a single step time,and the left and right legs are not balanced.The high-speed walk Lu Xiuzhi and Wang Na's free time exceeded the naked eye to identify the fuzzy range,resulting in a punishing technical foul penalty.The first three athletes have the same support time for the left and right legs and the last three athletes.The low-speed walk Lv Xiuzhi has the longest support time for the left and right legs,and the high speed shortens.
