In the international track and field,race walking is China's traditional advantage project,and it is also one of China's key gold medal winning projects in the international competition,which plays a benchmark role in China's track and field.In the race walking competition,the stable and accurate tactics are the premise to ensure the smooth completion of the race,and also the guarantee for the athletes to achieve excellent results.Since wang liping won the gold medal in the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games,China's performance in the international arena has been sluggish,especially the skill of Chinese athletes can hardly be recognized by international judges.Compete based on the follow up walking and daily training,based on the principle of probabilistic and statistical analysis of a large amount of raw data,and sums up the women's 20 km race walking technology characteristics of the domestic top players,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages,and studies the corresponding coping tactics,thus for our country walking on the international track and field events of viable,again to lay the foundation.The research methods used in this paper mainly include document data method,interview method,three-dimensional fixed-point camera method of competition site,film analysis method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method.During the 20 km race walking athletes of our country excellent characteristics and training countermeasures of the techniques of in-depth,detailed and systematic study,to explore women's 20 km race walking training characteristics and rules of the tournament,the women's race walking athletes in China were summarized and the advantages and disadvantages of technology,by studying the following conclusions:(1)the advantage of China's elite athletes in the women's 20km race walk is that the ratio between stride length and height is relatively reasonable,but there is a problem of inconsistent step length between left and right legs.(2)when the two legs of the women's 20km race walk are supported together,there is no significant difference in the Angle parameter of the legs between domestic and foreign elite runners.However,there are also some race walkers who have relatively small Angle between their legs in the stage of double support,which affects the decline of stride,and the movement of hip joint and the degree of delivery fluency will be reduced correspondingly,thus affecting their performance.Most of the Angle between left and right legs of domestic players have deviation,and some players have larger deviation,this kind of non-standard technical situation is common.(3)women's 20km race walk has a high probability of leg bending fouls by domestic elite athletes.Music leg foul on high level athletes is difficult to happen,but because our country's landing foot heel touches the ground in the landing area is small,affect the landing ground force increases accordingly,the location closer to the center of gravity,as well as the support time is short,will take the bad impression,it's easy to give music leg refereeing,serious consequences.As a result,the incident rate has increased.(4)domestic elite athletes in the women's 20km race walk have the problem that the included Angle of the arm back swing is not in place.The arm has obvious difference in front swing and back swing,front swing is more standard,and the included Angle of back swing is not in place.That is to say,the players tend to notice before they can observe the pendulum movement,but behind on the pendulum movement often after deformation is relatively serious,even lower than 80°Angle.If the Angle of the elbow joint is too small,the upper limb will swing sideways in the race walk.(5)the women's 20 km race walking domestic excellent athletes of trunk Angle is greater than the critical value before the best Angle 3°.Domestic most athletes Angle is greater than 3°,it can produce the phenomenon of arch the back,which affect the range of the hip,pendulum and stride action so we can not completely before stretching,and is not only the impact on technology and speed,also easy to judge by the referee for foul curved legs.(6)domestic elite athletes in the women's 20km race walk do not master the technology of hip delivery,and the hip joint movement range is small.Chinese competitors have obvious differences in front and back pendulum displacement of the hip joint.The vertical displacement is obvious in the suspension,and the forward displacement is more in the suspension state,that is,the lag distance is large.The technical expression of the active hip movement of domestic athletes is not clear enough.Coupled with the large fluctuation of the center of gravity in the longitudinal direction,the technical appearance is poor,which affects the judgment of the referee and leads to the suspension foul.Based on the above conclusions,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the training and competition technical data,obtains the corresponding technical countermeasures,and lays a solid foundation for China's race walking technology to forge ahead and achieve better results,and plays a small role.
