Objective: through monitoring the characteristics of each stage of China's elite female discus athletes training load and physiological and biochemical indexes,to explore the characteristics of different stages of the training load and the relationship between the physiological and biochemical,physiological and biochemical indexes to apply better in training to provide a strong reference.Methods:through the use of literature,expert interview,test method,mathematical statistics method to test the physiological and biochemical indexes of China top 4 Women Discus Athletes,the change of the training load tracking each stage of recorded.The test method is mainly used by the German Bayer ADVIA 60 blood analyzer,Italy BT 224 semi automatic biochemical analyzer,white American DPC IMMULITE 1000 automated chemiluminescence immunoassay system,domestic DFM-96 gamma counter respectively to test the HB,BU,CK,T and C index.Results:the results of physiological and biochemical indexes were as follows:(1)the level of HB increased,BU and CK first increased and then decreased,and T and C remained stable;(2)the training load showed an increasing trend.Conclusions:1,this overall features of the winter HB,BU,CK,T,C,HB with the level of the winter goes by showing a rising state showed better condition,T and C values also reflect well during the whole winter training period,the measured results the relative stability does not change greatly,showing the athlete's body function overall state of basic good,the test results of BU and CK showed a kind of ups and downs of the situation,but the results did not appear abnormal,reflect the athletes in the winter because of training by the injury situation.2,physiological and biochemical characteristics and training load performance,physiological and biochemical indexes affected by the training load change is very obvious,CK and BU with the training load of ascension also will rise,the training load decreased CK and BU levels will drop;T and C value by the intensity of training load change range is not very large in the winter training period,remained relatively stable,the level of HB with the change of the training load showed a rising trend,good performance.3,the training load shows an inverted "U" trend,we can see that the intermediate stage of winter training period is when the maximum amount of load,the beginning and end of the load stage is relatively small,the training load is changed according to the athlete's functional state and make the training plan.
