Research Purposes: whip-leg in the sport of Sanda is the most effective means of scoring.But by the research of sanda status in our school,our athletes' scoring efficiency is not so optimistic.Given this,this research explores the reasons of low scoring efficiency of whip-leg through the analysis on the kinematics characteristics of attack-leg in whip-leg in the sport of Sanda,the dynamic characteristics and electromyogrphy activity characteristics,and provides advices of whip-leg in the sport of Sanda in teaching program of for school in turn.Research Methods: experimental method Experimental Objects: level 1 and level 2 sanda athletes in our school,5 members in each level.Experimental apparatus: 1.3d Image Analysis Systems;2 Casio EX-FH100 Camera,1 set of APAS from Ariel;2.Electromyogrphy Signal analysis system:1 Mega Win ME600 Portable Telemetry Electromyographic Signal Tester from Finland as well as its supporting software;3.Isokinetic Muscle Strength Test System,type Isomed2000 multi-joint Isokinetic Strength Testing and Rehabilitation System from German,as well as its assorted closing chain accessories.Experimental plan: 1.The objects take their places in turn,and take actions immediately when the synchronized lights illumes.Each members repeat the above-mentioned actions twice.2.Under the speed of 60 ° / s,120 °/s,180 ° / s,test the Isokinetic speed on right hip joints,knee joints,and extensor and flexors in ankle joint,and test five times on each level of speed.Results: 1.The completion time of all actions of level 1 athletes is shorter than level 2 athletes',and both level 1 and level 2 athletes can react to it in about 0.4 seconds when find flaws of opponents.2.The linear peak speed value of each joint of level 1 athletes is greater than the linear peak speed value of level 2 athletes.The gap value is especially significant on ankle joints(p = 0.002).In T3 stage,the angle of hip joint of the most of level 2 athletes is smaller than level 1 athletes'(p = 0.028),but no difference on knee(p= 0.816).This is because in T3 moment,level 2 athletes do not fully draw hip up,and then knee joints are not completely driven up by hip joints.3.The relative peak torque of each joint of both level 1 and level 2 athletes presents a downward trend overall with the increase of speed.The medium and high speed of hip flexion of level 1 athletes is better than level 2 athletes'.4.Every joint muscle groups of relative average power increases as the speed of thejoints,while each muscle group changes significantly from 60 °/ s to 120 ° / s.Changes from 120 °/s to 180 ° / s are not obvious.The relative average power of each joint muscle groups of level 1 athletes is greater than level 2 athletes'.5.When the joint velocity in 120 °/s and 180 ° / s,joint stability of level 1 athletes is better than level 2 athletes';When the joint velocity is at 60 ° / s,joint stability of level 1 athletes is worse than level 2 athletes'.6.The order of muscle activation of the first and level two athletes is different at all times,and the order of muscle activation of some level two athletes is unreasonable.7.The mobilization characteristics of the different muscles of the first and level two athletes were different at various times,and the muscular mobilization of level two athletes at T3 time was unreasonable.Conclusion: 1.The strength of level 2 athletes is weaker than the level 1 athletes,which is the main reason to influence the action time of the athletes.2.The linear velocity of hip and knee of the athletes almost reaches to the peak at the same time.Not drawing hip up when reaches to the draw-hip-up stage and mess of muscle activation order,both are the reasons that can cause the action of sweep leg when whip-leg.3.Not relaxing knee when bent hip and lift knee,poor joint stability,not reasonable mobilization of muscles when bent hip and lift knee,are all the reasons of "hook leg" when whip-leg.
