With the continuous improvement of the level of competitive sports in recent years,in order to enhance competitive sports games of ornamental and antagonism,the competition,the need for athletes to give continuous improvement and progress of athletic skills.Sanda is an antagonistic project of the dominant type of skills,which requires high speed and strength and directly determines the athletic ability of the athletes.It is a key part in the technical system of sanda sports,and it is an indispensable means of scoring in the actual competition.Because players technique has characteristics such as speed strength and flexibility,so in the sanda competition utilization rate as high as 41% or so,so we must attach importance to improve the players technical movement sanda athletes."Functional strength" is not common in conventional power practices,and the use time of this approach is shorter than that of core strength training.Functional strength training is mainly aimed at neuromuscular ability of concentration of ascension,or under unsteady state of the ability to control the action targeted practice,make a muscle power order more reasonable,and rearrangement of big and small muscle group coordination;Strengthen the training of upper and lower limb strength,and promote the maximum strength and rapid strength of the sportsman.In turn,the rhythm and smoothness of the technical movement of the strapping athletes are continuously enhanced.This paper has adopted the method of documentation,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,selection of Beijing sports university school of martial arts and traditional sports of sanda class 12 students as experimental object,randomly divided into two groups,each group of 6 people,the experimental group and the control group,respectively,for 16 weeks of experimental training,record test before and after the experiment of sorts through the data analysis and summary.The results showed that the core strength and balance ability of theexperimental group were greater than that of the control group by the16 weeks of functional strength training.In the experimental group,the increase of the continuous strike ability and the maximum crack intensity of the spanner was greater than that of the control group.The general rule of the most striking force of the scattered players is that the low flag-leg is larger than the middle leg,and the percussion force is greater than the high flagellum.The maximum strength and speed of the sportsman determines the strike effect,and should strengthen the training of the maximum strength and speed.The left,right femoral rectus,and the lateral head of the left and right gastrocnemius muscles are the most active and contribute the most when the athletes do the flagellation,so the training of these muscles should be strengthened.The muscle activation and muscle contribution of the experimental group were more reasonable than that of the control group.players.Electrical characteristics...
