Study On Status And Measures Of The Primary School Campus Football Coaches In Yanta District Of Xi’an City

April 2009,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "National Youth Campus on the activities of the notice" and the introduction of the "National Youth Campus football implementation program",the young football player training officially opened the " Campus football model ".The campus football coaches are the practitioners of the grassroots level in the campus football activities,and play an important role in the implementation of the "campus four league" program put forward in the campus football activities.The effect of "campus football" activities depends on the number and quality of campus football coaches.In this paper,the campus football coaches of 52 primary schools,which have carried out campus football activities in Yanta District of Xi’an,are selected as the research objects,and the campus football coaches,small players and parents of these schools are studied.This is of great significance for grasping the status quo of soccer coaches in primary schools in Yanta District of Xi’an and promoting the construction of soccer coaches in primary schools in Yanta District of Xi’an and the promotion of campus football activities in Yanta District of Xi’an.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,observation,questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to analyze and analyze the current situation of campus football coaches in 52 primary schools in Yanta District.And then through the status quo and the influencing factors of the investigation and analysis,reasonable to make inferences,come to the status quo problems in the countermeasures,the specific conclusions are as follows:The age structure of the primary school soccer coaches in Yanta District of Xi’an is reasonable and has great development potential;from the perspective of the development of women’s campus football,the proportion of female campus football coaches less than normal,should be appropriate to increase the number of female football coaches;Xi’an Yanta District primary school football team is mainly composed of external football coaches and sports trainers football coaches,including non-football special sports teachers more,we need to increase the football professional ability of the campus football coaches in the campus football coaches team;the presence of professional skills of primary school football coach in Yanta District of Xi’an is a big gap,lacking of qualified professional and technical level football school football coaches,in Yanta District of Xi’an the education sector through cooperation with a variety of football institutions to improve the primary school campus football coaches professional ability;the number of soccer coaches in the primary school campus of Yanta District in Xi’an should be improved by exploring the existing resources and integrating the advantages of resources to improve the number of primary school soccer coaches in Yanta District of Xi’an;the primary school campus football coaches in Xi’an Yanta District pay low,status is not high,to raise the pay at the same time,establish a reasonable evaluation system to improve the Xi’an Yanta District primary school campus football coaches position;the overall level of college football coaches in Yanta District of Xi’an is high,and the development potential of campus football coaches is large;in Yanta District of Xi’an most of the primary school campus football coaches do not have the training of regular football coaches,thinking is not uniform,should be strict Xi’an Yanta District campus football coaches "card holders" system;In the Yanta District of Xi’an,there is a lack of training and training in line with the actual needs of the campus football coaches,It is necessary to provide a training platform for the football coaches of the Yanta District of Xi’an to meet the actual situation of the campus football coaches in the area Demand,establish and improve the training system of soccer coaches in primary schools in Yanta District of Xi’an.
