Objective:to explore the effect of lateral migration training on the performance of the dominant hand in different levels by teaching experiment.Theoretical analysis of the experimental results is made to further confirm how to adopt differential teaching for different students. Methods:the experiment method was used to recruit 30 students who had no basic basketball basis, and were divided into group A and control group A.There are 30 members of the general college basketball association, which are divided into experimental group B and control group B.30 people were divided into group C and control group C.Used by non dominant hand 50%of the total volume of the lateral migration training, control group adopts the total volume of the same dominant hand training, collect each of the participants in the intervention before and after intervention in the back of one hand shoulder shot scores and evaluation results, analysis of SPSS.Results:1,through three different ways were recruited subjects before the achievement test, measuring A(A),B(B),C(C)three groups of three heterogeneous group(p<0.01),whether on scoring index or skill evaluation index, are all optimal C(C)group, group B(B),A(group A)is the worst.2.After intervention, group A and group A were significantly higher than group A(p<0.01).After intervention, the score of group B was significantly higher than that of group B(p<0.01).There was no significant difference(p BBB 0.05).After intervention,no significant difference was found in the scores of group C and group C,and C was lower than group C(p<0.05).3.After 8 weeks of lateral migration intervention, the scores of group A,B and C were significantly improved(p<0.01).Group A to improve the skill evaluation scores significantly(p<0.01),group B to improve the skill evaluation scores significantly(p<0.05),technical evaluation results have no significant changes in group C(p>0.05).4.After 8 weeks of intervention on the lateral migration, group A was significantly higher in the scoring performance and the improvement rate of the scoring of the one-handed shoulder basket than the group B and C.There was no significant difference between group B and C.Conclusion:1.Lateral migration training has a better effect on the improvement of the performance of single-hand shoulder shooting with the lower level of students, and is better than the dominant hand training of the same total training volume.2 to the lateral migration training for basketball's repair and specializes in the science college students place one hand shoulder shot scores performance increase has certain effect, but not better than that of the same total volume of dominant hand training.3.Lateral migration training is more effective for students without basketball foundation.Suggestion:1 for students who have no basketball foundation, they can improve the scoring performance and technical evaluation performance of single-handed shoulder shooting by using lateral migration training. For basketball fans of the general basketball association, lateral migration training can be adopted in order to improve their scores.3 for through the body's repair and specialise in the studied science college students, compared with the same total volume of dominant hand training, the improvement of lateral migration training for them is not obvious, suggest that the combination of defensive skills to open learning.
