Study On The Best Shooting Angle Of Basketball Single - Hand Shoulder Shot

Objective:Through the test,the shooting angle or shot angle range with the highest shooting percentage on the one-handed shoulder of the free-throw line,the penalty line and the three-point line is obtained,and the objective factors affecting the angle of the shot are determined,and the reason is analyzed and the result is obtained.Providing advice to coaches,teachers,team members and students,providing substantial help to basketball instructors in teaching students to shoot,and also providing reference and reference for basketball coaches to train players.Research methods:Experimental subjects:6 second-level basketball players.Experimental instruments:a number of standard basketball,a JVC-GCPX100 high-speed camera,a 1 meter scale,a basketball ball rack,a tape measure,and a computer.Experimental scheme:Set the recording speed of the camera to200 frames/second,adjust the aperture to the maximum,and manually adjust the focus to make the subject focus and position in the lens and fix the focal length.The shots of the six subjects at the free throw line,the penalty line and the three-point line were recorded.The SIMI Motion software is used to analyze the finished video.The analysis process mainly includes the establishment of calibration points,the insertion of scales,the calibration of basketball and the smoothing of the calibration results.The results of the analyzed data are calculated using the EXCEL table to obtain the data.Results:The highest hit rate at the free throw line was 52°-54°,the highest hit rate at the free throw line was 54°-56°,and the highest hit rate at the three-point line was 52°-54°.The shooting speed at the free throw line is 8.5 meter/second.The speed range is the largest.The speed at the penalty line is 10.5meter /second.The speed range is the largest.The speed at the three-point line is 11meter/second.The average shot angle of the six free throw lines was 53.31°,the average shot angle at the penalty circle was 53.96°,and the average shot angle at the three-point line was 53.46°.For the angle of shooting,Eighty-five percent of students would improve their shooting percentage.Conclusion:The best shot angle for basketball single-handed shoulder shooting is 52°-56°,which is more inclined to 54°;the closer the shot speed isto the best shot angle,the higher the field goal percentage,the shot at the free throw line.The speed is 8.5 meter/second,the penalty circle is 10.5meter/second,the three-point line is11meter/second;shooting at different positions,the average shot angle is almost the same,the average shot angle contains or is close to the best shot angle range The best shot angle training will effectively improve the shooting percentage.
