Research On The Rural Vocational Education Under The Background Of Urbanization In Yantai

Urbanization is the inevitable trend of the development of modern society.It is also the inevitable result of economic development.Urbanization is the transformation of the mode of production and life.The essence of urbanization is the urbanization of human being.Urbanization includes the increase of population,the improvement of population quality,the people's living habits and the way of thinking.The common problems in the process of urbanization in our country is the quality of the transfer population is low,which hinders the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure,and restricts the reasonable change of the employment structure.It seriously affected the economic development of our country.For the transfer population,their low quality of culture also inhibited their personal development,which results in their difficult foothold in the city.It also becomes the unstable factor during the economic development.Therefore,to improve the cultural quality of the population is the inevitable requirement of urbanization.It is also an important driving force for China's economic development.Vocational education as a form of education directly related with employment.It can improve the students' cultural quality.At the same time,it also can improve their occupation skills.It enhances their employment ability.It is the most convenient way to promote employment.In the process of urbanization,the transfer of rural population is the main source of new labor force.Therefore,in order to promote the process of urbanization,we must vigorously develop rural vocational education.It can improve the quality and professional skills of the rural population,and enhance their urban stability.This paper takes Yantai city as an example to analyze.Firstly,It introduces the influence of rural occupation education in the process of city urbanization.It includes that rural occupation education increase the city population,improve the population quality,increase the transfer population employment,promote the transfer population become citizenization,and also promote social justice and social stability in the process of urbanization.Secondly,this paper introduces the practice of rural vocational education in developed countries and other cities in china.Take several studys of rural vocational education as cases,like Japan,Korea,Singapore and Qigihar,Nehe,china.Finally,put forward reasonable suggestions for Yantai city rural occupation education problems.On the one hand,the study develop the vision of the Yantai in the urbanization process,and promote the Yantai city's urbanization;on the other hand,it can give references to some city which similar to the Yantai area's development level.And jointly promote the development of China.
