| Urbanization is a hotspot problem of academic research.For a long time,many scholars have done a lot of research on it,however,there are still some problems,such as the interests of landless peasants,land use conflicts,education of left-behind children in rural areas,urban and rural resource allocation issues,etc.,have not yet been fully answered.Among the many problems of urbanization,population urbanization is an important driving force for urbanization development,and it is also a core research issue in the field of urbanization.According to the China Statistical Yearbook,since the reform and opening up,the urbanization rate of China's permanent residents has increased by an average of 1%per year.By the end of the 2016,the permanent population of urban areas in China has exceeded 750 million,and the urbanization rate of permanent residents has exceeded 55%.Despite this,there are two problems arising from China's urbanization still need to be concerned:First,there are a large number of urban migrants who have not yet achieved citizenization.According to the National Bureau of Statistics,By the end of the 2016,there are 270 million agricultural transfer populations living in cities and towns all the year round,but they have not yet obtained urban hukou,and the urbanization rate of household registration population is only 35%.Second,the population urbanization power is insufficient.In the nonagricultural industry,the lack of pull on non-agricultural employment and the divergence of industrial development are two aspects.These two problems in the process of urbanization have seriously affected the development of new urbanization characterized by urban-rural integration,industrial interaction and harmonious development.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to study and find a path to promote the urbanization of population.Under the premise that the lack of strength of industrial development on non-agricultural employment and the decentralized development of non-agricultural industries are the important reasons for the slow development of population urbanization,this paper chooses to take industrial development as the entry point and study the influences of industrial development to population urbanization.This paper divides the process of population urbanization into three aspects:First,the rural population gets urban employment opportunities and migrates into urban areas;Second,the rural population transfer population can realize local living in the local area;Third,the rural migrant population settled in the pursuit of public services.Seek citizenship for consistency.After that,this paper raises the following questions:First,can industrial development promote the transfer of labor to the township?Second,can industrial development affect the government's land supply?Does land intensive use play an intermediary role?Third,what is the relationship between industrial development and public service supply?Will these affect the urbanization of agricultural transfer population?Based on the above questions,this paper studies the impact of industrial development on population urbanization in three levels:(1)The impact of industrial development on labor transfer in rural areas:Firstly,analysis the impact of industrial development on rural labor transfer;Secondly,the impact of industrial development on rural labor transfer was examined.(2)Industrial development and residential land supply:based on the intermediary effect test of land intensive use:Firstly,analysis the basis for selecting the intermediary variable of land intensive use;secondly,analysis the impact of industrial development on the supply of residential land,the impact of industrial development on land intensive use,and the impact of land intensive use on the supply of residential land;Finally,examine the impact of industrial development on the supply of residential land and the intermediary effect of land intensive use.(3)Industrial development,public service supply and agricultural transfer population citizenization:Firstly,analysis the relationship between industrial development,public service supply and agricultural transfer population citizenship;secondly,put the industrial development,public service and the urbanization of agricultural transfer population into the same analytical framework to analyze the relationship between industrial development and supply of public services and its impact on agricultural work socialization by constructing panel data simultaneous equation model.By summarizing the impacts of different types of industrial development on population urbanization,it is found that:1)Compared with the industrial structure and industrial efficiency,the effect of industrial scale on rural labor transfer is more significant.Specifically,although the scale of the secondary industry,the scale of the tertiary industry,the industrial structure,and the production efficiency of the tertiary industry have a significant effect on the transfer of rural labor,by comparing the coefficient estimates of these four,it can be found that the coefficient estimated value of the secondary industry scale and the tertiary industry scale is larger than that of the industrial structure and the production efficiency of the tertiary industry.It can be seen that the effect of industrial scale on the transfer of rural labor is more obvious.2)The upgrading of industrial structure and the improvement of the tertiary industry production efficiency have a significant effect on the residential land supply,and the land intensive use plays the intermediary transmission effect.Among the five types of industrial development,the industrial scale has no significant impact on the supply of residential land,the production efficiency of the secondary industry can reduce the supply of residential land,only the upgrading of industrial structure and the improvement of production efficiency of the tertiary industry could increase the residential land supply.At the same time,land intensive use plays a part intermediary conduction effect in the relationship between industrial structure,tertiary industry production efficiency and residential land supply,and its contribution rate to the total effect is 19.1%and 10.9%.3)There is a significant positive two-way causal relationship between the scale of the secondary industry,the scale of the tertiary industry,the industrial structure,the production efficiency of the tertiary industry and the supply of public services.Among them,the mutual influence of the tertiary industry production efficiency and the public service supply is not only the highest among the influences of different types of industrial development on the public services supply,but also the highest impact of the public services supply on the different types of industries development.The public services supply is an important factor that affecting the urbanization of agricultural transfer population,at the same time,it is an important transmission channel for the scale of the tertiary industry,the upgrading of industrial structure and the production efficiency of the tertiary industry,among them,the conduction effect of public service supply between the tertiary industry's production efficiency and the urbanization of the agricultural transfer population is the strongest.4)The upgrading of industrial structure and the improvement of production efficiency in the tertiary industry are the common types of industry development that promote the population urbanization.Different types of industrial development have different effects on the transfer of rural labor,the supply of residential land and the urbanization of agricultural transfer population.By summarizing the impact of industrial development on the three elements of urbanization,the scale of the secondary industry,the scale of the tertiary industry,the industrial structure and the tertiary industry production efficiency have a significant positive impact on the rural labor transfer;The industrial structure and the tertiary industry production efficiency have a significant positive impact on residential land supply;The tertiary industry scale,the industrial structure and the tertiary industry production efficiency have significant positive two-way causal relationship with the public service provision,and the public service supply is an important channel for the three types of industrial development to promote the urbanization of agricultural transfer population.By summarizing the above research conclusions,it can be found that the upgrading of industrial structure and the improvement of production efficiency of the tertiary industry have significant positive impact on rural labor transfer,residential land supply and urbanization of agricultural transfer population,thay are the common type of industry development that promote the population urbanization.Based on the above research conclusions,this article proposes countermeasures to promote the development of population urbanization.Specifically,1)Compared with the upgrading of industrial structure and the improvement of industrial production efficiency,the industrial scale has a stronger effect on promoting the transfer of rural labor.Therefore,in terms of increasing the industrial scale: The Belt and Road Initiative can be used to promote economic sustainability.Development,through the use of leading industries and emerging industries to promote the scale of the industry.2)The upgrading of the industrial structure and the improvement of the production efficiency of the tertiary industry
