Urbanization is the direct outcome of industrialization. However, in our country theurbanization hasn't got the quick propulsion along with the second industry's development.There is an obvious lag in urbanization of our country that caught scholar's eyes. They studiedon the problem from angles of view, put forward some suggestions. Though this problemhasn't got resolved entirely, there still exists the problem of disfluency and unsteady in ourcountry's urban-rural population transfer that affect the progress of urbanization andeconomic steady development. With going deeply into this problem, the author thinks that theproblem of land flow is the deep factor what restrict the population transfer from rural tourban and the urbanization.This article establishes a path supposes, describing the land flow, the rural populationtransfer, and the relationship between urbanization and economic growth. The article adoptsqualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, but cause the related data is unavailable and thedifficulty of model establishing, this article mainly adopts qualitative analysis. From a newangle of view as the innovation of the article, based on the theories of population transfer andsocial security, it studied the relationship between land flow and population transfer, therelationship of urbanization and economic growth;also the social economic policy anddeveloping strategy which promote national economy sustained development...
