The study of motor skills has always been an important topic in the field of physical education.Because of the fact that there are few studies on the influence of different training methods on preschool children's motor skill learning in both China and foreign countries, this paper selects throwing pocket as the experimental task for on-site research and mainly studies the effect of different training methods on children's motor skill learning. The experiment is described as follows: 45 preschool children aged 5-6 are selected as the experimental subjects. The experiment is done by throwing a pocket in three locations to the prescribed location. The absolute error(AE)is then selected as the evaluation index. And finally, all three groups of subjects are tested on their motor skills in learning stage,48 hours maintenance and in migration stage. The results are as follows:(1)Progressive practice is more conducive to the study of motor skills than changing practice and fixed practice. Therefore, future physical education teaching can be based on the gradual practice or the combination of changing and progressive practice, which will be much effective.(2)With fixed training methods,in the learning of the same motor skills and motor program to change its angles, varying environment and relative strength,it is suggested to increase the randomness of some exercises appropriately, which is beneficial to improve children's motor skill learning and their adaptation to the uncertainties of various exercises in the future.(3)In the process of motor skills learning,to better master motor skills of various difficulties, the progressive practice is proposed.Progressive practice is not only conducive to preschool children's complete grasp of the action skills, but also conducive to preschool children's long-term memory skills and the re-construction of actions.(4)With the guidance of the fixed, progressive and changing training methods,100 percent feedback is a good way to help learners to practice, sum up and improve their motor skills.
